I went in to the Sunglass Hut inside macys the Sunday before Christmas. it was a mad house inside but the worker Samantha was extremely helpful. I wanted a pair of sunglasses for my dad for a gift. i found the perfect one but they only had the display one left and it had some tiny scratches. so she ordered it online for me. 2 day express shipping to my house for free! i got it today (tuesday ¹²⁄₂₂) and they are perfect. thank you so much.

A walked in seeking assistance to get a screw replaced or tightened for my Ray Bans. I asked for assistance and got ignored by these 2 girl employees that dressed like they were hitting the club after work and couldn’t be bothered as they chatted and laughter away. I raised my voice again and said «EXCUSE ME!». Now I got their attention. I asked for their assistance in getting a tiny screw replaced for my Raybans and one of them arrogantly said (without checking if they had some) «we are out of them… go to lens crafters at the Janns Market Place.» I was like WTF!!? Then they continued on with their chat. I felt so dismissed by these 2 employees that felt they were too good to assist me. Not coming back here again.
