My wife bought a mattress here and got a pretty good deal (she would not have bought it if otherwise), and waited to pick up because the bed was not yet delivered. When going to pick up we called to make sure it was open ( Unilocal site said open to 6pm) and they were only open to 5pm on Sunday, but the guy said he would wait, and he stayed late so we could get the mattress, which was nice, because it was a prior sale, not a new one. We appreciated that customer service.
