UPS Customer Center

Where do I start? Someone called this location and requested that my package be held for pick up. They then went to the store, showed a fake ID, name did not match mine and
picked up the package! This item was ordered fraudulently on my Visa, which I had already notified my bank of. How can UPS have such lenient policies? I am appalled!

Our regular driver had already picked up and I had time to finish one more job. It did not have to ship today but I knew that I could drop it off at the depot. I got the job finished, packed up, labeled, and dropped off just in time. I am happy and my customer is happy! Thanks UPS.

Absolute WORST carrier. Continuously delivers to my door between 8−9pm, even though I see UPS trucks on my street at noon. Continuously states a specific date and fails to deliver on the stated date. Instead, arrives the next day. Claims package is/​was damaged; needs to be re-​taped. Arrives next day, no visible damage or tape applied. Then delivers a day late (three days late if package is slated to arrive on a Friday and instead, arrives on Monday) due to no Saturday service) and instead of arriving Monday A.M., arrives at night between 8 and 9pm. No phone calls, emails, texts, or any notification informing of late or no arrival.
I’m done with UPS. I’ve never had any of these problems with FedEx or USPS.
I will no longer be using, sending or receiving, UPS for business as well. I called the main number several times to complain and asked to speak with a supervisor. I’m left on the phone for periods of 20 minutes and no supervisor. I try calling the Newbury Park location, which is directly responsible for the delivery, no one answers the phone.
A completely IRRESPONSIBLE company that doesn’t understand the word RESPONSIBILITY. Goodbye ups (unreliable packaging service).

Horrible service. An urgent package was shipped to us UPS overnight delivery from Florida to Thousand Oaks California on 12/20…it arrived at the Newbury Park distribution center 11:45 am on ¹²⁄₂₁. Here it is ¹²⁄₂₄ and we still do not have the package… and mind you the facility is only 10 miles from our house. NEVER NEVER use UPS service if you have any kind of urgency, go FedEx little more money, but well worth it. Michael
