I am NO LONGER AND ABSOLUTELY dissatisfied with my experience at Absolute Self Storage use to be the most pleasant and helpful people when Nancy and Harvey managed the Storage Facility. The entire premises is kept clean. I had a great and painless experience at Absolute. I highly recommend them!

The NEW administrative now is is running the facility concentrating on trying to get the most money out of you. If you find yourself late, you make the arrangements to pay the new management — the manager and new servicing company only cares about the MONEY and could not care about you or your things they want to EMPTY YOUR UNIT OUT AFTER THE 30 DAY MARK AND SELL YOUR THINGS.
I would not recommend them if you can not pay within the 10 days and can not put up with the BULLYING PROCESS OF BEING HIT WITH EXTRA CHARGES, EMAILS AND LETTERS…

My experience with Absolute Self Storage was mediocre at best, but I do want to acknowledge a specific employee who gave great customer service. Kaira was great and worked with me during my move out. The storage unit itself was full of sand, lights didn’t work in the unit so I dont think I would rent there again but I am glad there is someone there who cares. I give the storage 3 stars but the customer service 5.

They were great! Yolanda was very kind, helpful, and flexible, everything was thoroughly explained, the lot is very clean and the rates are reasonable! Definitely take your business there

I came to visit my uncle Randy to help him move from his house to an apartment last week to help him move out some stuff and we went to this storage facility and the manager Kira there was the sweetest. She helped my uncle get a perfect size for all his stuff and let us rent a moving truck for free. We didn’t have to buy a uhaul. The office was so beautiful and the facility was so clean for being located in the desert. We checked out a few other storages but this one was the best. The other ones were too expensive and not clean at all and I didn’t feel my uncles things would be safe. I would recommend everyone to go to Absolute Self Storage.

I am ABSOLUTELY satisfied with my experience at Absolute Self Storage. The prices for administrative costs are the lowest I’ve seen, and my there was a great special price for my immaculate storage space. The entire premises are kept clean, with Harvey, one of the proprietors, riding around on a little street sweeper. Keeping the driving areas clean next to a cement factory can’t be easy.
Nancy and Harvey are two of the most pleasant and helpful individuals I’ve dealt with at any establishment. All of the rules, legalities and regulations were fully explained and left no room for confusion. Any little tips and tricks (navigating the gate, for example) to make my experience there easier were added. I was loaned the company moving truck to go get my stuff and move it in. I just paid for gas.
The security is fantastic — each unit has an alarm which is only turned off when you enter your gate code, and turned back on when you enter your code to leave. There are video cameras everywhere, and plenty of monitors so the office can see what’s going on.
All in all, I had a great and painless experience at Absolute. I highly recommend them!
