Our family has been storing our personal stuff and our business vehicles for here for years, maybe even decades. My father having been a ‘collector’, he tried every storage place in the desert over the course of 20 years and hands down, Cindy at Extra Space Storage was his favorite … she’s mine too!
Cindy is an above-​and-​beyond kind of manager that makes you feel like you are the most important customer in the world. Even after hours she seems to always be keeping an eye on our stuff. Centrally located in the desert and even electricity in my unit. Autopay on my credit card makes certain I don’t even have to be bothered with writing a check every month.

Moved to Southern California recently and Extra Storage Space was recommended. Not only did our friend get $ 50 for the recommendation, the bottom line is… we LOVE this place, which is clean and safe, but our favorite thing is Cindy at the front desk, who is the best of the best!!! After a few minutes interacting with her, there’s no doubt this lady knows her stuff. She won’t steer you wrong and isn’t that refreshing in this day and age? Signed up for automatic payments, so every month, not a worry about forgetting to pay. We’ve been here two months now, decluttering and unpacking our unit regularly, and today moved into a smaller unit. Cindy, as usual, couldn’t have been more helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to store things in the Palm Springs area, your searching is over. This is the place!

Just rented here the staff was great and very helpful, they helped me choose the right size for my storage needs, highly recommend this place secure and clean.
