Such a gorgeous venue! We held our work retreat there in January. Warm, inviting, and inspiring meeting spaces. Beautiful grounds that the owners led us on a hike through. I would recommend Thorpewood for any kind of meeting or event.
Also, the Iceland horses were really cute.

Great spot! Incredible lodge and grounds. My friend got married here and it was the perfect venue. Great food service and bar, excellent dance floor downstairs. Awesome parking, beautiful landscaping, a great all around venue.

Thurmont, MD
Lovely place, reminds me so much of adirondack lodges. I’ve had two corporate organizational meetings there and both were so comfortable and productive. Food and service are excellent.
