I had a dietary restriction on one of the sandwiches and had to remove majority of the meat. I requested turkey in place. It would have been nice if the manager had just given it to me, but instead she charged me an extra $ 1 despite that I couldn’t eat the meat I had paid for and she didn’t seem to care about my dietary restriction. The cashier and workers were really nice, but I was really disappointed with the manager’s customer service and won’t be returning.

Amazing staff. Excellent food. The staff goes out of their way to please you. They are very helpful if you don’t understand the menu if you have never been before. They are very busy during the lunch hours. I highly recommend.

So nasty. There was just something about the food that tasted bad. I have tried it like 3 different times, and it never gets better. Save your money and your appetite, and go to Subway.

Make a quick stop here during a road trip. I was impressed by their under 500 calorie menu. I ended up choosing the Turkey and Cranberry (495 calories). My sandwich was fantastic!!! Everything about it was perfect.

Firehouse hook and ladder fully involved sub is the best fast food sub around! Great brand, great tasting, fast, and a drive through! Clean and right off of I-​75. Great pit stop.
