Had an awesome experience at this complex! Elliott was super great and was very helpful with our move-​in and out process! I would recommend this complex to anyone! In a very good area and the grounds are being remodeled and everything is very nice and well kept.

I moved into these apartments in March. Loved the management, they were timely and considerate, never had an issue. A new management company has taken over and I can rarely get someone to answer at the front desk when I call. Lights not working on the stairs (although I will say that Dan, the maintenance man is great and prompt when I can get a call in or I talk to him when I see him around the complex). The system for how we pay for water changed when the new management took over. I was not sure who to pay and could not pay it online, placed several calls without an answer and now I am being charged a late payment fee of $ 50. Unacceptable! Plus when I did stop by the front desk the girl was chatting it up with a young man who obviously was not a tenant.
