Super-​clean, dry, well-​maintained facility at a decent price. Brad at the front desk was really cool and very helpful. Manager Anita seemed a bit brusque. I was surprised by the $ 10 insurance tacked onto the rate I was quoted. The corporate office sales person never mentioned this when I made the reservation on the phone. Kind of sneaky because email confirmation only shows the quoted rate NOT the rate with their mandatory insurance fee tacked on. Was an extra $ 10 a month and only covers your property up to $ 2000. Anita said that this WAS in the email confirmation, so I went back to look at the email and there in really tiny print at the bottom was this: *Offer excludes applicable insurance and admin fees.’ Wish there was an electrical outlet nearby so I could plug in a light if I needed to find something during evening hours. Ask for a drive-​up unit near one if this is important.

It was fast and easy. Knowledgeable and friendly staff answered all my questions. They really care about the customers. I would definitely recommend.

I have rented a storage unit here for over a year. Great facility clean and safe. I appreciate the friendly staff. What I have not appreciated are the rent increases. I had 2 in one year! going up over $ 45 a month. I have paid my rent every month on time.

Needed to store kids college stuff for the summer. Stopped by to check out facility. Received excellent service, facility was very clean, safe and secure and rented a unit for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

The facility itself is very nice, and very affordable, but be aware of a number of unmentioned items when it comes time to rent. You have to have your own padlock with you the day you rent, regardless if it will be empty for several days before use, a great way for them to sell locks. Additionally, make sure you have written proof of your insurance when reserving, or they will force you to pay $ 45/​month for $ 10,000 worth of coverage. Neither of these items was mentioned when I spoke with them about renting. Just letting you know, so you don’t blow a gasket like I did with these unmentioned and unforseen costs, and unnecessary.

The crew at Extra Space Storage were incredibly helpful in meeting our storage needs. I was able to reserve the space on my phone and then stop by and sign the contract within 15 minutes! I appreciate Anita’s excellent customer service.

The place is clean and seems secure but it took TWO HOURS to get settled in. Computers were wrong, paperwork had to be re-​done. Time will tell if it improves. Hopeful.

This place is no good. We went to pick up stuff to moved to Ca from this extra space storage. The lady was Rude when asked where we can tos a donut box. then told us if we have trash to dump it next door at the quicky mart. I would Never go back here. yes this place looks nice. but after storing my things for 6 months you think they would be a lil nicer to there Clients.

Got a great deal with a few months at a reduced cost. They were very friendly and helpful and worked to give me a location that would be easy for me to load. The place is incredibly clean! Very safe and convenient. I highly recommend this brand new facility for your storage needs.
