Karen is the best! This is my first time ever storing anything and she made the process really easy. They even have a moving van that you can use for free! I live in NW Portland, but it’s worth the drive out there to receive the kind of excellent customer service that seems rare these days.

Karen & her staff ate wonderful. They run the business like all their customers are friends and half my visits I go in to the office just to chit-​chat a little with Karen.
Pros:
Inside & outside storage units
Very clean facility
Friendly reminders (emails or calls) if rent is due
Friendly staff
Reasonable prices
I’ve always felt safe there
Cons:
not 24 hour access, however I have called ahead and Karen has been willing to accommodate me as long as it’s not too late (she’s really great) — so also a pro
