I walked into Paul Schatz Furniture just looking for inspiration. The WOW factor greeted me the second I opened the door. What a stunning showroom! Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time browsing. In the near future I hope to work with one of their in-house designers (which is a complimentary service I’m told) to get help when we remodel our family room.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and a showroom that’s as beautiful as it is varied. This store is a welcome change to the giant chain furniture stores out there, and is an extremely enjoyable place to shop for your next piece of furniture!

I have consistently incredible experiences with Paul Schatz Furniture over the years. Two bedroom sets, a book case and two couches later I just keep coming back. The service is great and the price is certainly reasonable considering the quality. There’s a good reason they’ve been in business since 1919.

Every time I sit on my couch I purchased at Paul Schautz, I think to myself, I SHOULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE. And every time someone comes over… I always make a point to mention how terrible this company is!!!
Let me start by saying that we OVER-PAYED for our sectional. But since we already put a deposit down, it was too late turning back. We were told 8 – 12 weeks delivery only to get a phone call a month later saying it would take 5 months. 5 MONTHS!!! You could raise a cow in that amount of time! They refused to do anything about it, no discounts, no refunds, no nothing. The manager was even an asshole on the phone. I can’t even finish writing this review we are so, so mad. :(
