We love the filling stations! We thought our dog had sever food allergies after doing a sensitive test. They sent months trying the to find us the right food. Turns out the environmental allergies are the problem. We still come here for toys and treats. They have good quality selection and the people working are always friendly, happy and willing to help.

The Filling Station is a great option to the big box pet stores.
Both Laura (the owner) and Sindi (the manager) give personal service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with things like food selection.
The Filling Station has frequent events that foster community involvement.
Both of my dogs love to visit the store and know where the treats are stashed behind the counter. They have also learned to be pickpockets of the employee aprons.

Hi, My name is Riley Girl and I am a 1 year old mixed chihuahua and terrier and corgi and a few others things mix. I love coming to The Filling Station because they give me lots of hugs, and tummy rubs and best of all lots of treats. I LOVE treats! My mommy loves The Filling Station, too, because they always give good suggestions and if I don’t like the food she brings home (I am pretty picky) then she can return it — no questions asked. So, from one happy puppy to whatever puppy is reading this, have your mommy (or daddy) take you to this store. They — and most importantly — you will be very happy. Tail wagging approved.

Stopped by here after it was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were absolutely fabulous in assisting me with my pet needs and very knowledgable. You can tell they are passionate about what they do.

Discovered this place by accident. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to help us. Also great atmosphere.

10÷7÷15 Sindy was extremely helpful. She helped me with finding just the right harness for Jack. She also gave me excellent advice for training him. I’m so happy that they are in the neighborhood. We will definitely be coming back here for Jack’s needs and wants
Update 1÷17÷16 We are now frequent customers as my dog Jack LoVes Sindy and Laura. He’s grown considerably and they helped me get a NO PuLL harness for him and even put it on him for me. That demonstration sold me on it. It works like a charm. Their dog food is Jacks favorite. They even have a drive up window if you don’t want to get out of your car on a rainy day with your little loves ones in the back. They are everything I desire in a pet store.

AMAZING PLACE! I’ve never felt so welcomed in a pet store in my life. Great selection on dog food, treats and toys. The people are very sincere about getting to know you and your dog. They even have a drive thru so you can make your order online and pick it up on your way home from work. My dogs Sequoia, Jax and Lola feel really comfortable there and appreciate their kindness… and being spoiled with free treats of course :) you need to check them out!

This pet food store is not like any other! Laura the owner has gone the extra mile to provide special touches for you and your pet while you shop. She has owned and operated Healthy Pets Northwest on Alberta Street for years, which is where I currently shop for my dog because it is in my neighborhood. I made the drive to Tigard simply because I knew it would be a fun experience to check out the new store!
As a local veterinarian, I am so glad that Laura and her knowledgable staff are bringing the same fantastic, nutritious pet food shopping experience to the Southwest suburbs. They will take the time to help you find the right food for your pet… and for those of you who don’t have the time, there is a drive through!

A co-​worker came across this shop and said it was a must visit. I agree! I have a new puppy and the store manager was so friendly and helpful. In addition to giving me some great tips for curbing puppy jumping up and biting she walked me through the store talking about different food and treat options for her. I love it there is another local option out here in the suburbs for those of us looking for alternatives to big box pet stores.

I went into The Filling Station last week on my way home for work. I work with a lot of clients who have pets and thought it would be great to give pet treats as thank you presents.
The store was beautiful!
Laura and Heather guided me to the right treat for each pet… dogs, cats, young, old, allergies, arthritic and overweight alike! They knew their stuff and only carried high-​quality, natural products I could be proud to give.
And…they loaded it all right into my car… so easy!
