We ate at Twigs in Bridgeport today for lunch. The meal was fine, but when we paid our bill in cash, we didn’t get any change back! Our meal was $ 15.49, and we paid with a $ 20 bill, but the only change back was 4 one dollar bills. We asked the waitress what the deal was and she said that they didn’t give change back. They round up your amount. What kind of hogwash is that? We then went in the bathroom and the GM heard us complaining to which she replied that your waitress should have given you correct change. But acted like that only happened because we voiced a complaint! Not going here again! They take advantage of your tab!(they have change in the bar, just not in the restaurant??). Bizarre! Bad way to do business!

Not a fan. Service is slow. I don’t like much on the menu. Occasionally I’ll meet up with a coworker for a drink, but it’s nothing special. Two mediocre restaurant anchors at Bridgeport Village. Twigs and M&S grill. Nothing special about either.

Love the drinks, but the service was unbelievably terrible. Came here about 6 times, the male staff just gets worse. I always sit at the bar, the bartenders act like they don’t want my money. wtf? I’m just done here… I love your drinks, but I’m not going to give you money to treat me like shit.

I’d give this place one star but homie behind the bar tries to provide good service and it’s not his fault that his coworkers are incompetent. Was there last night sitting at the bar and after finishing our meals our dirty plates sat in front of us for a least 30 minutes. They were actually never picked up while we were still there. This isn’t the first time service was subpar but I didn’t want to write a negative review until I saw a pattern. The signature burger was good though I will say that — overcooked but good. Also, if you decide to have part of your décor be bottles placed on elevated glass shelves with lighting above it at least have someone clean the glass so that you can’t see the thick coating dust that has built up since who knows when — probably the day the bottles were put there!!! The contrast is obvious because the glass under the bottles is crystal clear and the surrounding glass is almost opaque. It’s a labor intensive display but cmon guys that was your choice. These things are easy to fix and I’d revise my review accordingly if they were. The location is convenient and drinks are great. Fix those other things and you may draw a more robust crowd. Update: They’ve implemented most of the changes I suggested above and the service has improved considerably since my initial review. Kudos to all the staff.

Decent food. Their Moscow mules do not come in the signature copper mugs. Totally kills the idea of ordering one of those. I had the pesto chicken which was super good. My wife ordered the Osso Bucco which was a nice sized portion and also delicious. This is one of the few nice places on the west side to dine at. I would go back. Service is hit or miss.

Not a fan anymore at all… they got rid of their Southwestern salad. It was truly the only thing on the menu I ever liked. I tried a pizza last night and it was horrible. I will not go back to this over priced place again, sorry!

My friend and came here for a quick Happy Hour date. It was my first time dining here. I will say that I was very pleased with our order — Kalua Pork Tacos were absolutely delicious and a great portions. The Bruschetta was delicious and great portions also! I’m assuming they did not cut the portion sizes for the Happy Hour menu which is awesome. And my classic mojito was just what I needed. I will dine here again! Thanks!

The food is mostly good. The bun on my husband’s burger and the bread on my sandwich were soggy on the bottom. Maybe it sat too long befire being brought to our table. My strawberry lemonade seems to be missing the lemonade part. The fries are great. I would really love some water, but my waiter has not been around in a while(we didn’t get water at all). The martinis are fantastic. We will likely not return to this restaurant.

Great food, beautiful presentation and great service. Love sitting on the patio and beautiful décor. Parking has been a pain every single time I’ve been here but ive learned to keep a few dollars cash handy for the valet from the restaurant right next door. If you don’t you will most likely find yourself circling with many others for quite a while. Fries with blue cheese are awesome and at the suggestion of a friend I asked for balsamic reduction and really liked that. Always ask your server about the soups. Sometimes you will hear passion in their voice about it, I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve ordered based on this. Salads are good. If you are a fan of a wedge… It’s good! I recommend the pork tacos and buffalo sliders. Our group goes here for happy hour pretty regularly. The servers know us.

I’ve been here twice, one at the bar and another time at one of those high-seated tables. I like the atmosphere, fancy, but not obnoxiously so. In the bar section, service was decent, but had to flag someone down every once and a while since it’s only the bartenders. The appetizers and drinks were awesome. In the restaurant section, we had dinner and drinks. Both good. Our waitress was attentive, but maybe a liiiiittle too comfortable/casual at times? Otherwise, all good! I left my leftover crab mac and cheese when we left though):

I guess this is a PNW chain, and normally I dislike chain restaurants but they’ve done a good job. The menu is pretty large and varied, which usually means everything is only mediocre. So far, the food I’ve had has been really quite good, and the service and décor is very good too. Went with a friend for lunch and she had a question about the soup of the day. The waitress admitted she didn’t care for that kind of soup so couldn’t answer her question so she brought out a sample of the soup. That kind of touch is great and goes a long way to make me like them. Friend got the gnocchi instead, and I tried it and YUM. My salad was also good. They offer half and whole portions, which I appreciate since who can eat that much food? Prices are in line with the portions. I haven’t been for happy hour yet but I will do so for sure. Menu looks delicious, frankly, and the HH prices look pretty good too. And I’m always up for a martini.

This is the go to place for a great martini. They have 36 different ones to choose from. You can’t go wrong. Their wine is great too. Their Twigs TNT red blend is a great red wine!!! Sit in the bar and all of the bartenders are friendly and entertaining. Their food is great. We like the Mezza Plate and the fish tacos are a yummy work of art.

Awesome atmosphere and typically loud on a Friday night. Food was great! A little bit pricey but thats what you get at Bridgeport Village. Service was friendly but inconsistent. I had to literally hold of my class to a person rushing by just to get some more water and after more than an hour of absence. It was a large group that I can see why it would be inconsistent also considering it was a Friday, but just something to note for this review.

Enjoyed a light dinner here one Tuesday night after a matinée movie nearby with friends, and it was very pleasant. The food was good, the service was great, and the ambience on the patio was very nice. The prices were decent, too. Looking forward to coming back soon to try more things on the menu, because almost everything on it made my mouth water!

We eat in the bar. Very poor service. We had at least 5 different wait staff at our table and none of them did a very good job. Drinks were good but the food was one star. We had to call the staff over every time we needed something, not once did they approach is to see if we needed anything. We won’t be back.

Excellent dirty martini. Don’t love the price. $ 9 seems crazy. Food was decent. Impressed by the 36 different martinis– though they’re not all martinis as some are made with tequila or whiskey. Cool atmosphere. Happy they accommodated my gluten free friend.

Service 5 Atmosphere 5 Food 5 Prices relative to portions 3 We missed happy hour by like 5 seconds which is OK since really only one thing on the HH food menu interested me and that was the pork tacos, but it did make our alcohol more spendy… $ 8 for our mojitos rather than $ 6(though really should be $ 5 on HH so it feels like actual savings) $ 9 Martini Vodka $ 8.50 Lemon Drop. Really? The .50 cents? When is alcohol ever not a round number lol. $ 9.49 Butternut Squash Flat Bread — Friend ordered this, not my taste, but for what it was, it was good. The bread was crispy and the toppings fresh and delicious. $ 8.99 Kalua Pork Tacos — Pork was fairly tender, not as juicy as could be but good. Same tortilla and cole slaw as offered in the fish tacos below. The cole slaw was awesome because it wasn’t drenched in dressing at all. $ 13.99 Argentian Fish Tacos — The Mahi melted in my mouth! There were 3 long skinny pieces, I think a 4th would have made more sense for the price. The orange sauce was a perfect match. $ 13.99 Sausage Jalapeño pizza — Great thin crust, tasty toppings, loved the sausage. $ 13.99 Mediterranean– Normally I love this style of pizza, but this one is NOT recommended, it’s a salty mess between the feta, olives and marinated artichoke. I say make your own by using fresh artichokes and you can reduce the salt in feta and olives by leaving them in water or oil. Atmosphere — There were 2 outside patios to choose from and I LOVE places that offer outside seating. I appreciate the heat lamps too, though since it was over a hundred degrees that day we opted to not use them. Service– Waiter was funny and attentive, told us stories he heard as a bartender there of the crazy things people do and share with him. The time it took to get the food was reasonable. Presentation was excellent, please see my pics. Though for the prices the quantity is not much on some items.

The Black Stiletto martini is amazing. The food is tasty as well. My service today simple sucked:-( This is my second time visiting with horrible service so I can’t recommend this place to anyone. If you are having a good day don’t ruin your good with bad service. If you are having a crappy day and want good food and drinks come, but don’t be as passive as I am tell the manager the service sucks!!! It’s my birthday I just wanna continue with the good

Great spot to grab drinks with friends. The weather was beautiful so we sat outside on the patio. Although our table was fairly hidden, our waiter was extremely attentive. My water glass never reached empty. The mango mojito which was sweet and delicious. The flatbread was extremely tasty.

Best part of the meal was actually the appetizer — artichoke frites were really good. My friend had the ahi sashimi which came out fridge cold — so it definitely wasn’t fresh seared. Also the tomato confit was really weird — just didn’t belong on the plate. It was tasty, but really REALLY didn’t go with the ahi. I had the prawn and salmon linguine, the sauce was really dry and barely covered anything. I expected«creamy» but what I got was oily. When I talked to the server, she brought me «extra» sauce which she said had to be made fresh. When THAT came it was amazing — and had my pasta actually been served with that(fresh made, creamy, and lovely) this would have been a higher rating. Overall I think this is a decent place — but I’m not sure I would rush back.
