I walked in after being hurt at work (my back). I could barely stand and only went here because my job recommended going here. The receptionist asked if it was a work injury and when I told her yes, she told me to wait to sign in. She asked if I had faxed anything to them from my job. I had no idea any of that was necessary. She said they couldn’t do anything until they had paperwork from the job. It was already 3pm and knowing my job, the people that do this were on their way out the door. I told her this, and that I was in pain, but she insisted they couldn’t do anything without that paperwork. I ended up leaving without being seen and found a less greedy place to go to.

Hands down the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. I was misinformed about some information, granted but the receptionist was so condescending and arrogant I can honestly say I will NEVER go to a Concentra Urgent Care again. Thank you «kinda» cute brunette with glasses for being the rudest girl I have ever encountered.

I rather go to patient first! I’ve never sat somewhere for over an hour and a half just to be seen for a physical!!! I’m NOT EVEN SICK! I just need the dr to give me the ok for this job! This is ridiculous! The wait is horrible. Nurses are nice but doctors are Slow!!!
