I stopped by here to get some work done again. I wanted to up my rating because the baristas here are really really great! They’re so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful.
It’s still a small Starbucks for the amount of traffic it gets but as long as you can find a table or space, it’s a really great work spot.

A great Starbucks to work with some community tables and smaller individual spaces which are also good for 1-​on-​1 conversations. The staff is very helpful and gave us the following tip during our visit today:
TIP: I usually order a vanilla bean frappé with a shot of espresso. The barista’s informed me you can order a café vanilla frappé which achieves the exact same thing while saving you the cost of the extra espresso shot. Value!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It took over 20 minutes to get a tall coffee with no one in line and 3 people working… And I mobile ordered so much for expedited service. This franchise is an embarrassment to the chain.

Great staff, great service, and excellent coffee! The staff are very professional, they are very accurate on their orders. They will quickly correct any mistake or complaint. The coffee is made in a timely fashion. Even when they are slammed they do their job well.

Very standard Starbucks. One negative comment would be how small it is for the traffic it receives. I am here currently at 11 am on a Wednesday and a the tables are full.

I visit this Starbucks daily. I’m on a first name basis with the baristas. In fact, so are my daughter and French bulldog. The entire staff is amazing. My daughter loves coming in because of the staff and they start my drink when they see me coming. I’ve never had an issue with drinks made incorrectly or attitude from staff as I have at the Towson location. Even the other customers who frequent this location daily are kind and always interacting with each other. This place becomes a little home away from home where everyone knows everyone, the coffee always good and food products are always stocked. It’s never an issue for an employee to search for a product you may not immediately see and I’ve ever seen baristas (Meg and I want to say Nathan? Young guy with longer blonde hair) help carry an older woman’s drinks for her out to her car on more than one occasion. Honestly, you cannot go wrong at this location. Even when the baristas would be justified in it, they’re never rude. A couple weeks ago a young man was just nasty to Meg, accusing her of not listening and cutting her off and basically yelling at her in front of everyone for a mistake that was his fault. Despite being visibly upset she fixed his order and did I with a smile. Fortunately for the asshole she was working and had to bite her tongue. Unfortunately for him, I wasn’t in that situation and gave him a piece of my mind outside. Regardless, this is a very clean and efficient location with a wonderful staff. You won’t regret visiting.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a couple of weeks now (it’s close to my new school) and boy, it sure makes me miss my «regular» Starbucks! First, the parking lot is TERRIBLE! Not at the fault of Starbucks, but I literally feel like I’m playing a game of bumper cars just to park my dang car! The past couple weeks have been okay as far as service and overall taste of the drinks. The one tall gentlemen that takes drink orders at night is usually super friendly and efficient. However, this past week the D team must have been working. The young lady taking orders must have yawned 4 times while taking my order. No «excuse me» or apology and each yawn was more dramatic than the last. Lady, you work in a coffee shop! Get yourself a triple shot, stat! I almost felt like I was burdening her by making her take my order. The line of drinks that needed to be made was already a couple drinks deep and no barista was in sight to make the drinks. Finally, the barista casually strolls from the back room and begrudgingly begins to tackle the line. Like I said, the drinks in general taste okay but the service sure is lacking!

Able to get in and our fast. Most of the baristas are nice and friendly. They try and get to know you on a first name basis. Seating is usually limited because you have peoplenusint the free WiFi with their laptops and tablets for hours on end.

So today I just casually walk in. They have not cleaned this starbucks. I am upset because I had to wipe down my table and seat.
Yes I love stsrbucks but this particular location is going down the drain.
Temperature is too cold for this time of year.
The young adults need to work on there professionalism

I love some good coffee and I like Starbucks but this one currently has not so great baristas. I stopped in for a ice coffee and asked to have sugar in the raw blended in specifically because of course it doesn’t melt in cold drinks– Got the drink with a whole packet of unblended sugar at the bottom. I also ordered a caramel frappucino with no fancy requests, just the way it comes and got this one so sweet I think it was just pure caramel flavoring and they forgot the coffee. How in the world this place pleases customers is a mystery to me. Definitely check your drink before leaving and make them fix it if it’s wrong. Gotta expect more from a Starbucks

i go put of my way NOT to go to tjis Starbucks because the staff isn’t friendly. Especially one lady who has been there for a while-she’s rude & the antithesis of every other friendly Starbucks employee anywhere. This parking lot is cray-​cray too!

This is my favorite place to go! I come here very often and I love the location of this Starbucks and I love the staff here too. They are all super nice! The service is good here too. Starbucks is amazing and this is a great Starbucks!

Most of the employees are pretty nice, some of them act too busy to be polite. I get that this is sort of a designer, upscale coffee shop, but I can do without the attitude. If they don’t like people coming in and ordering fancy multi-​level drinks, go work at Dunkin Donuts! I’ve seen eye rolls and behind-​the-​hand snickers. So, certain employees seem to forget they are in a job to serve people, not judge them.
All of that aside, Starbucks has some wonderful, yummy drinks, besides coffee. My newly discovered favorite is the Passion Tango Iced Tea/​Lemonade. I expect that I’ll be going back regularly for that one all spring and summer.

First time here, James was super friendly! I’m from North Carolina visiting. I liked this Starbucks better than my regular Starbucks in my town. Fast service, correct orders. Perfect! Thanks.

My favorite Starbucks around. Baristas are always friendly, drinks are always made tasty.

The layout for this Starbucks location is very nice. There is plenty of seating in the front by the doors and along side the windows across from the counter. It never feels too crowded or empty, it always has a cozy feel to me. The baristas make decent drinks here and although there is often a line, it moves very quickly. I would definitely visit this Starbucks more often if it were closer to where I live!

Staff is generally very nice and helpful. This location gets really busy around 3pm, so expect a long line (and wait for specialty drinks).
I love the outdoor seating but the last two tables are rather close to the dumpsters, which always seem to leak/​smell.
My office is right behind here, so I am here often — and rarely disappointed!

I like the design of this location, a lot of seating and a some what dark feeling once you get inside. After standing in line I was politely asked what
I wanted, after ordering I was passed of to the evilest looking baristia ever! She rudely snatched the credit card from me and tossed the card to me, well kinda… she placed it in front of me I went to reach it and she accidentally dropped it, no harm.
The americano I got was burnt tasting and I wish I would have sipped before i left cause it was horrible.

This is a great Starbucks location. There is a ton of seating, great regulars, great outside seating, tons of parking, and friendly staff. They have been known to have their «B players» working around holidays when the «A players» have off, so I stay away from here around the holidays.
All in all this is my #2 fav Starbucks in Baltimore.

Nice baristas and employees at this location. This is a popular Starbucks and lines tend to develop during the caffeine rush hours (morming and ²⁄₃ PM) but they move the line quickly. New holiday beverages are available. Yeah!
