Ugh This place is awful. I pulled up to the drive thru no one was talking so I pulled up to the window to place my order. I didn’t see pasta on the menu, but even their meals are like $ 7-$ 8 I just ordered a side of tenders. While waiting for my food I’ve noticed their window and building really need some renovation, the place looks old and I didn’t even think they’re still in business. $ 6 for 3 tenders, they’re really bland and dry. Probably one of the worst chicken tenders I’ve ever had. There’s goes $ 6 in the trash

This place would be better if it had different employees. There is only one guy there that is a sweetheart, and will have a conversation with you.(I don’t know his name. He is black if that helps) The other employees are not very welcoming, mostly teenage girls. They also tend to mess up your order, so ALWAYS check your bag before you leave. One time I asked for the chicken sandwich with no mayo, extra lettuce and tomato. I came home with a chicken sandwich with mayo, no tomatoes, or lettuce.

I’ve always loved Brown’s Chicken. We ordered a 10 piece bucket and it was delish. The prices were consistent with other chicken places, but I would like to see better specials to get customers in there, because the parking lot is consistently empty. As far as fish and hotdogs, I cannot comment because I’ve only had the delicious chicken.

Can I give it zero stars??? Paid 9 dollars for 1 piece of fish a biscuit and coleslaw. When I called to say it must be some kind of mistake they assured me that it wasnt. I will never go to a browns chicken ever again.

Do you like chicken sole covered in cardboard on a bed of brown lettuce? If so, this place is definitely for you. The chicken sandwich was a very thin and dry like shoe leather, the skin coating was camel colored, thin and tasted like cardboard, the lettuce was all ribbing and brown – yuk! It sure didn’t look like the picture which had a pump piece of chicken on a sesame seed bun(mine was plain). The whole experience reminded me of the scene from the movie Falling Down with the whammy burger. Luckily for them, I went through the drive-thru.

Driving by I saw a sign«hot dogs the Chicago way.» So I figured — against my better judgement — I’d give it a try. No sport peppers + No celery salt = Not a Chicago style hot dog! Also got buffalo wings, which were drenched in a mild, flavorless sauce that did nothing but make the breading mushy.
