It always feels like they’re rushing me to make my order. I try to make the best decisions but I just felt the counter girl thinking«today junior!» I hesitated and ordered an expensive Reese’s sundae, which was more like caramel and ice cream for $ 6. Should’ve got something else. Employees need to relax and understand the customers aren’t robots.

The place sucks! Literally. They don’t know how to make their coffee. I’ve given this place several attempts and every time it tastes like watered down garbage. I don’t know if they don’t refrigerate the cream cheese properly or it’s just expired but I’ve ordered bagels on 2 separate occasions and they were foul. It’s convenient to go to this DD because it’s on the way to work but F it I will drive out of the way for quality! You are better off going to the one by 159th off Harlem I’ve never had an issue there.

I will never stop at this one again. I ordered three iced coffees, a milkshake and two sandwiches in the drive thru. This order went well beyond their capabilities, apparently. I had to repeat the order three times before they were able to register it. When I got to the window, I was again asked what my order was. And then I waited, and waited. Finally he tried to hand me three large iced coffees — I literally had to ask him for a cup holder. He then left the window and came back a couple of minutes later and said«what are you waiting for?» I said, my chocolate shake. He then handed me a liquid, watery shake that looked more like chocolate milk. So I asked him to remake it correctly. Horrible customer service and horrible product.

I got FOODPOISONING at this Dunkin Donuts from RANCIDMILK in the Latte I purchased. The OWNER will not reimburse me for the expenses of getting sick with food poisoning or has not offered to repay me for the RANCID Latte. BEWARE to purchase anything here as there is no control or sanitation of food here. The OWNER hides like a coward, The Latte I purchased cost me $ 300.00 in medical expenses and time off from work. Not to mention the pain and ill feeling from food poisoning. You are not servicing the public for their concern of health, but rather for your own GREED.

Its a hit or miss. This Dunkin always screws up orders. More so drive thru orders. And the grey do it all the time. The employees on the intercom never hear you even when talking loudly they get the order wrong. On more than several occasions I had to repeat myself 3 plus times. And even then the order comes back wrong or missing something.

Counter staff is great. Products are typical but many times favorites are sold out early. Management is rude and surly.
