WORSTDUNKINDONUTS I HAVEEVERBEENTO. The lady who was taking my order was half asleep & yawning the entire time, the people at the window where we received our food had the worst attitude, and they made me feel like they were doing me some kind of favor for working there. Good customer service is everything, and thats something they lack completely. Also, the bagels had little-to-no cream cheese inside, like really? Honestly, I was in a good mood until i went there. It will definitly be the last time i go to that specific location.

Well if you want to wait a half hour for a coffee go there! Every single morning it takes forever to get a coffee. I thought Maybe they were just having an «off» day, until I went there on a Saturday and I waited 15 min for a coffee. Never coming back Byeeee

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to; the owner is HORRIBLE and if you check with the Tinley Park Health Department you will find they didn’t do too well

So lots of negative complaints at this location, morning shift I would think. I have to say that the married couple that works the night shift are awesome. They are so friendly and really do a great job!

The lady that placed my order and was EXTREMELY rude and tried to rush us even though it was dead. I thought that we were overcharged and low and behold the receipt was less than what he said at the window!!! Wtf?! He refunded us but when we said thank you, he shook his head pissed off. Even though it was his own mistake that he never apologized for. Don’t go there. I have overlooked previous issues before but we are done now.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts everyday on my way to work. I get the same coffee everytime and sometimes add an oatmeal. Without getting the oatmeal my coffee is always a different price. Twice I have gotten the oatmeal and have hair in it. When trying to call on several different days to talk to manager he is not in, which is fine, until I just called and asked for a manager and the lady said«NO» and hung up on me. I will now drive out of my way to get coffee and will not visit this location again.

This Dunkin Donuts location is a disgrace to the entire chain! If there was a rating less than one star, it would certainly qualify for it! Upon arriving, a man claiming to be the manager(or the boss as he put it) proceeded to take my order in the rudest manner possible. Not only that but he had some strange brown«substance» on his hands while he was trying to serve me. When I asked what it was on his hands, he completely ignored me and still tried to give me the order! After letting him know that I would not be getting anything after all, he walked away mumbling who knows what under his breath. I got out of there-immediately! If you choose a Tinley Park DD, please choose the one on 183rd or 159th in Orland Park. They each have a clean facility and the employees and managers are very professional, courteous and clean!

Meh… Tried one of those those new Benedict sandwiches. It was just ok. Egg was overcooked, and there wasn’t enough hollandaise sauce on it for me. My real issue was the lack of cleanliness. Dirty tables and non swept the floors. Workers need to pay more attention and stop texting and talking. And please! Invest in some felt tips for the bottom of the chairs. Extremely noisy to move a chair.

The employee that waited on me in the Dunkin Donuts section had such bad body odor I could smell her 5 feet away. That’s enough for me to stop going there.
