This is the worst place for customer service ! But the BEST place to get Nice Cup of Ravioli Water !! The «manager «Tammy «Rude and Uninterested. Turn around and go back to the place you just passed.

Super slow this place needs better management the coffee was right so that’s a plus .I don’t think they train the employees very good at any location

I had a large-​ish order that I placed the day before. When I rent in to pick it up, I had to wait in line for a looong time. There were several people behind the counter but no one was acknowledging anyone at the counter. My order was correct and beautifully packaged though. When I finally got it.

I am like a coffee freak, and my poison is DD! I have visited many locations and this one in particular seems to ALWAYS mess up my order.
First off, do not greet me as «What are you drinking» in this totally bored, I hate my job tone. The same guy EVERY time, ALWAYS is so unenthusiastic and not very friendly.
After a few times of the same service, and the wrong order. its time to Unilocal.
Today I ordered a LARGE ICED COFFEE. What do I get? A large HOT COFFEE. I had already had such an aggravating day that I wasn’t going to tell them once again to remake my drink like every other visit. I can see messing up an order once in awhile, but on about every visit? Get your act together Dunkin Donuts on Wolf and 187^th. No other location even compares to your level of incompetence. I mean. come on. how hard is this job?

This location always delivers a seamless transaction, whether it’s flavored coffee, perfectly sweetened and udder sprayed, or a Mocha or a Turtle Blast®, perfectly prepared, they get it right. Some locations try to shortcut and add soft-​serve to the Blast®, –FAIL!- Good idea, if they want me to come back through and have them remake it! There is always a tall, blonde haired guy working here and he’s ultra-​polite, and gets everything right, –nice work, brother!

I’m a regular dunkin donut coffee drinker. Sometimes I order a bagel or a long john. Last week I ordered a vanilla long John. Driving down the road after a few sips of coffee I started to take a bite and noticed a shiny silver metal shaving about a half inch long on top of the donut. I should have brought it back, but didn’t have time. Otherwise, they are usually pretty fast with their service. I do prefer DD to Starbucks coffee.

I get medium coffee every time I go to any DD. I am not a frequent visitor to this location but still whenever I come here in drive thru or inside, service is pathetic and longer wait time. Every time I asked what is the delay, they tell me the customer before me had a big order. Total BS. Also, half of the staff doesn’t speak English and speaks in Indian language making my fellow customers very uncomfortable and insulted. I myself belong to that same Indian community and I whole heatedly disapprove of it.

I am a huge customer of this particular Dunkin Donuts location. Every time I walk through the door the employees shout out my order: «Extra large raspberry coffee w/​cream & sugar and veggie egg white flat bread sandwich w/​hash browns.» And this is before I step up to the counter. The staff is great and friendly. Genuine customer service.

I have been here quite a few times and the service is always great. Execpt when I was in a hurry. I had a gift card and they kept swiping it, and it wouldn’t work. I finally told them to give it back and I paid cash. WTF! I had another DD swipe it and it worked for them?
