Screws up orders like crazy
Today ordered a cappy blast. Paid. The lady at the drive threw window dropped my change on the ground. Gave no receipt. And then handed me a muffin. I told her I didn’t order a muffin only a drink. She said. Oh its on your order. You’ll have to park and come in for your money back. ??? REALLY?
For the love of God. Learn some customer service!!!

The staff here is always extremely friendly! They are so flexible with coupons and sometimes even give them back for reuse. I always leave with a smile. I like the prices and the consistency, as well. If you don’t get a designer drink, from the Baskin Robbins menu, you’ll get away cheap. The Drive-​Thru is also quick, compared to other locations, even when you order Donuts. You may be waiting a bit, though if you order a Cappuccino Blast, it just takes longer to prepare. Otherwise, they’re fabulous.

I suppose this goes without saying, but don’t order donuts in the drive thru here, or at least be VERY specific. I just drove thru to quickly get a dozen donuts & some assorted Munchkins for my kids. When I got home, the Munchkins were 90% plain, and the donut assortment… well, let’s just say it was like the island of misfit donuts. Nothing you would actually choose in the store. Lesson learned.

It’s kind of hard to write a review of a fast food place where most of the time the product and service is the same from store to store.
That said, this is a decent and average DD. It’s the one I go to most often.
I’ve never had any problems. Fast service, accurate orders, and cheap prices.
For some reason, however, this is the only DD I’ve ever been to that doesn’t put cream cheese on your bagel. I thought the first time this happened it was just a fluke, but every time I get a bagel to-​go I reach into that hot little bag to find a toasted but naked bagel with cream cheese on the side. That’s the only drawback I’ve ever experienced, so not too bad on the whole!
