I was served a hot latte with rancid milk. There was no manager on duty and none of the staff knew the last time the milk machine was cleaned. I asked for the manager’s phone number, and Danielle the supposed«manager»(did not behave as a mature adult) was upset and verbally abusive to me on the phone. A call to the Health Department uncovered them not cleaning their milk machines properly and management instructing their staff not to override the alerts that the milk machine was designed to give when it is time to clean it. Pass this Dunkin Donuts up and go to Starbucks down the street where you will be treated with respect and receive a fresh drink.

Super slow service, I am here at 4:46am on a Tuesday and there is no ready donuts on the display, there is only two people working, the other person is prioritizing the drive thru and other person is doing I dont know. Since I order 1dz donuts and 1 box of Joe I went to the dining room. After waiting I got out at 5:00. STAYAWAY!!!

I’m giving this Dunkin’ an extra star they really don’t deserve, because they are a bit cheaper than the Dunkin’ in Mokena on Rt. 30. Anyway, they are suppose to close at 10pm. It’s 9PM and the lights are on with a couple employees inside. There is a car in the drive through in front of me, and another behind me. After waiting several minutes, we all left and passing by the store windows, all the lights were off and the employees left. Really Dunkin’? Could have at least stepped out and said you are closing early.

Just waited in line for 20 minutes, only to pull away because it still had not moved, at 11am. Never again

Every time I come here, I have to double check my order before I leave. If I don’t check, I will be half way to my destination and realize my order is wrong. I consistantly order an extra large hot tea with just sugar only, and every time, they want to give me coffee {yuck}. One time they gave me hot tea with coffee in it? Um seriously? They must have realized half way through making my order that I said tea and just added tea to the coffee? I’m not sure why they do what they do, but check your food and taste your drink before you leave, Save yourself the aggrivation!

Dunkin’ Donuts always seemed to me like the I’m broke version of Starbucks or the old person’s coffee shop. But, I was being pretty judgmental and so I have mentally slapped myself. I started going to Dunkin Donuts because the members of my Aqua Exercise class invited me to go there with them. To my surprise, I saw a huge cross section of the world in Dunkin Donuts. Shame on me for being such a snob about it. I personally prefer a stronger, darker coffee but I really enjoy this location. Our swim group periodically swarms the place and they treat us like Kings and Queens, even passing out coupons some times. I have found that I really like their bagels and their coffee is fine. I would personally choose another type but I enjoy it. It’s clean, the service is great and my Aqua buddies hang out here, what more could you want? Coupons? I’ll send you some of mine.

I am not a coffee drinker, that said I don’t do Dunkin Donuts very often. I have probably been to this location about 10 times in three years, often with a specific treat in mind. More often then not I leave empty handed and usually very frustrated. For starters there is a MAJOR language barrier between myself and the employees and obviously I speak English. Nuff said. Secondly there is a major issue with pricing consistency. Order the same item three times and you will pay three different amounts. This is especially true with their food. Last but certainly not least is the CONSTANT lack of products. They almost never have what I want to order. If they are able to scrape the order together, it is offered to me minus a major ingrediant. Today I went to purchase two peanut donuts. I ordered, paid $ 1.78 for TWO donuts and waited about 3 minutes only to be told that they did not have peanut donuts. WTF. I was the only customer in the drive thru and she was the only employee in the store. I am at a loss as to how she could NOT know whether ot not she had my item in stock PRIOR to allowing me to pay for it. When I decided to forgo any other purchase she got really pissy with me. Unbelievable.
