My friend and I went there at 1:30AM to place an order and waited in the drive thru for someone to answer and they never did. They’re open until 2AM. That is really unprofessional. We drove past and saw the crew in the window.

This Wendy’s has always been my go to spot ever since I was young. However, today at 11pm, my boyfriend and I were really craving some late night noms. I suggested Wendy’s, because, ya know, Wendy’s. However, when we arrived to the drive thru, we asked the lady what came on the Apple Pecan salad. She said, «chicken, apples, and pecans… and maybe some tomatoes.» Well, to my surprise, no tomatoes, but there was bleu cheese. As someone with a pretty severe dairy allergy, that wasn’t a very good surprise. While I stared at my salad in disappointment, my boyfriend happily munched on his spicy chicken sandwhich until he pulled a piece of hair out of the bite he was chewing. Yummy, right? The only reason Wendy’s got two stars was because of the adorable old lady working the drive thru. Even though she has no idea what’s on the menu, she was very smiley and friendly. Good job granny, we like you a lot. But please read the menu. I really wanted salad.

Love Wendy’s! Don’t like this location. My problem with this location is not where it’s located. It’s actually in a great spot and SHOULD be a money maker for the company. It’s the low caliber staff and management. I say, «staff» first because the management might not have anyone better to choose from. I say, «management» because a good manager will turn bad employees into good ones. Neither is doing their job at this location. I haven’t seen employees this lazy in a long time. No one looks like they care about their jobs nor have pride in what they’re doing. This location is under review for revamping and thank goodness for that. That will update the décor(which isn’t too bad now) and hopefully clean the place up — a lot. Both sides of the counter are HORRIBLE. Everything is a mess. Forget having to use the bathrooms. I should call them portapotties. They’re just nasty. Food is okay to pretty good but service is so slow and horrible that I half expect them say, «Here’s yo shit» when they give it to me. When this place get a revamp, if I were Wendy’s, I would review everyone and I mean everyone. Get rid of the people that clearly don’t care about having a job let alone about doing a good job. Start a job fair and bring in some people that give a crap about having a job and take some pride in their work. I’ll review this location again after it’s been revamped. Hopefully, it will be done soon ’cause I really do like Wendy’s food.

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. Friendly people at the drive thru and behind the counter. This says a lot in a day where most fast food staff projects a bored and disinterested attitude to the customer. And special kudos to the manager Julian. I recently got my order messed up at the drive thru and Julilan gave me a free replacement the next time it was convenient for ME to come in. We are all human and humans make mistakes… but it is how we make up for those mistakes that define our commitment to the customer. Julian is top notch!

So, their new slogan is «Better Later» I guess that’s because the dining room is closed and you can’t see how filthy it is. Maybe they have employees who can comprehend a simple order of 2 items as well. Another failed attempt by Wendy’s. Hint: Expect the worst and you *might* not be let down.

This placed is better in the early hours, when they have the older employees working. The one morning manager lady is a little rough around the edges, but she gets the job done. Oh yea they serve breakfast here, get in early for fresh biscuits!

I took my little brother out and got him some Wendy’s. They asked me what kind of sauce I want with my 10 pieces of chicken nuggets. I said BBQ. The bag had no sauce. My brother went in to show them the receipt and asked for sauce. They gave him one! As if I wasn’t ticked off enough, I now had to go back inside to get another one. The staff members here look so clueless. I know it’s just fast food, but it felt more inconvenient for me.

Newer Wendy’s with a nice décor. The food is typical fair and was prepared to order, although I was a little disappointed in the service. Most Wendy’s seam to be understaffed at peak time. Because of the lack of staff the tables in the dining area needed cleaning.

Horrible. This is about the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Employees are clueless and I am really surprised when my order is correct. Food is often cold and stale and even the fries are cooked incorrectly. Avoid this restaurant.

Out of the big three, Wendy’s is my first choice. They don’t need a play room, which means no kids. They just have good food and a clean atmosphere. And some pretty damn tasty chicken. Fast service and very friendly employees.
