McDonald’s

Mainly because of the McDonald’s app and the manager Juan at this McDonald’s I am very unhappy. I like the Mocha Frappes, especially from this store. On the McD’s app when you buy 5 the sixth is free. On a recent visit I bought a frappé. I showed my phone and they scanned the app. That didn’t work because it usually doesn’t (the app tech must be lousy). The cashier with t he help of a manager keyed in the code associated with the app. They said all was well. I waited about 20 hours and my app never showed the purchase. I go in to the store with my receipt and phone. I ask for a manager and Juan comes out. I explain what happened and show him the receipt and app. Juan basically said «you can’t prove it» and offered no resolution to the problem. If this is McD’s idea of customer service, it’s pretty bad. I ditched the app and haven’t been back to any McD’s since. The only thing they ever had good was the frappes and Quarter Pounders.

Just ordered some breakfast from here on the way to work. Service was amazing and I got my food in one min! Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Only reason I gave a 4 star was becuz I asked for a steak mcmuffin bt the lady thought I said bagel. Common mistake…

The drive thru here is usually packed, as in wrapped around the building. Certainly not their fault, but more of a heads up.

Ice cream machines always on, and the people are nice. The other evening I was craving a McDonald’s. I went to order a snack wrap, (I’m on a strict healthy diet!) and they were out! So I was forced to order a McChicken like some kind of savage. Other than that this place is pretty decent. I am going to recommend to my aunt, she loves corporate fast food chains.

Most McDonalds are just pitiful but this one stands out. Best McDonalds within 20 miles. Never had a problem. Extremely quick and friendly. 24 Hours helps with late nights, early mornings!
