I went to The Loft yesterday and purchased something and then cancelled the purchase. So then I checked my account and the money was still taken out. I called the loft today so the can help me. The women Dalles answered the phone and was extremely rude. She said there is nothing we can do with a attitude. I can’t stand people who hate there jobs. Beware when you go.
