They’re kinda lucky they got a 3⁄5 instead of a 2⁄5. Let me start with the best: The reviews stating that the pork roll egg & cheese is a winner are right on — almost. If they had only gotten the order right. The sandwich had such great potential, but they forgot to add the standard salt/pepper/ketchup despite it being requested at order time. But that sort of experience is what has summed up my opinion of Way Beyond. There are so many little things wrong that they add up to be a big problem. For one, it’s dirty looking. But you know what? I kind of like my delis dirty. Dirty places make good food! — except that this place doesn’t. While I said the Pork Roll was solid despite missing ingredients, the food in general didn’t impress. The«everything» bagel was hard and chewy, and had about 5 – 10 sesame and poppy seeds stuck to it. It looked like a plain bagel that had once brushed up against a real everything bagel. The cream cheese had a sourness to it that I couldn’t put my finger on. The coffee wasn’t the worst I’d ever had, but not good enough that I’d drink more than ¼th of it(and I love deli coffee). The chicken wrap I also had was chewy too. On top of that, they forgot to add the dressing to the wrap. Overall, I had a biting suspicion that perhaps the ingredients weren’t too fresh. And the service, although polite, seemed absent minded. 3/5’s for the benefit of the doubt. I always try to give places another shot after a review — I’ll be back to see if this was just an off-day.

Generously stuffed sandwiches, salads and friendly staff. Great Taylor Ham, egg and cheese(even if they call in pork roll down here.

Way beyond belief they are even in business. My measure of a deli is how they do making a pastrami sandwich. It’s not that hard and I don’t have to be «wow“ed by it but I do have some minimal standards. What I got was chew like bubble gum, greasy and had very little flavor. Epic Fail. Not sure if this is a function of who is doing the cooking there or a function of the pre-packaged sandwich meats they are getting. I avoid the place. There’s better all around the area.
