Dunkin’ Donuts

Last week drive through speaker wasn’t working, Dunkin app couldn’t be scanned, smoothie/​coolata machine wasn’t working and my daughter got apple cider when she ordered apple juice. Not to mention that was a 15min drive-​thru experience at 8am. I’ve been a frequent customer of this Dunkin and was often impressed by the staff, but something has changed and I won’t be returning for a while.

The absolute worst d and d ever! Long lines are their specialty. Coffee is never consistent. Do yourself a favor and stop at another coffee shop and save yourself the stress of dealing with this place.

This has to be one of the worse D & D ever. The drive through is poorly designed and the wait inside is absolutely horrible. I’ve been to many coffee shops in a lot worse locations and received much better service. The coffee is never consistent, the staff have no concept of time, the managers must not have a clue because the only thing that is consistent is the poor wait times. I would rather drive a few extra minutes then go here again. I have tried on several occasions to give this place another chance but they just don’t have their act together. The Hess station across the street has much better customer service, they should send the employees over there for training.

Coffee is coffee from Dunkin. Half the time it’s wrong (putting milk instead of cream, or sugar when saying no) but this location also puts way too much ice for a coffee that with tax costs $ 3.02! It’s never worth that much, there is better coffee across the street and you’ll save 40¢ along the way.

I really don’t like dunkin’ donuts as a general rule. But a friend of mine asked me to go for her, so I found myself inside of this one. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! There were some tables, but not many, and there was a beautiful lounge area inside that had leather couches and a big screen tv! Also, at the counter, you could purchase pre-​packaged blueberry coffee cake. There is however, a couple of drawbacks. First of all, if you are a coffee lover like I am, their coffee doesn’t cut the mustard. Secondly, they put way too much ice in their iced coffee. So personally, if I find that I have to go to a dunkin’ donuts, I ask for the dark roast (which most places only serve iced) light of the ice. Also, at this particular location, their drive through is rather precarious. It’s a hairpin turn to get to the window. All in all, if you abosolutely have to get a coffee from dunkin’ donuts and would like to sit down and read a book while doing so, this is your place.
