I visited the Visiting Artists Gallery first, where I got to have a nice conversation with one of the artists. This gallery is located in a basement space which is a little sad compared to the main gallery. Then I moved onto the main gallery. The gallery is divided in different style with Asian furniture on one side and more modern art on the other. I really enjoyed the Susan Freda collection of copper dresses and illustrations. There is also a selection of jewelry, shoes, and photography. Unlike the visiting gallery, the staff here were pretty aloof even with a customer that was looking to buy. Like most art galleries, the prices are in the range of something I could never afford, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t enjoy walking around and appreciating the art.
