Subway

There have been a number of low rating reviews for this location however on my visit the young service staff were fast, friendly and courteous. The location was clean and you could tell that the food was fresh. Great location !!

Subway is subway, just don’t get any greens here or veggies, if they get moldy they just wash em off like nothing happened

Look, we’ve all had subway. I would never tell you that my food was awesome. You’re all smarter than that. Only reason I go here is when I am too lazy to go anywhere else. However, parking is plentiful at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff today. They greeted me when I walked through the door, and the speed of my service was amazing. I was however only having vegetables, so it should be quick no matter what-​but you’d be surprised. Usually I have to ask them to change their gloves before I order my sandwich. Let’s be realistic, as a vegetarian I can’t control everyone that prepares my food, but they are supposed to change their gloves between sandwiches (it’s state law-​at least it is in Massachusetts), and frankly, they are handling meat, which is why I always ask them to do so. But this time was different. She did it without me asking. Also, at almost every subway-​and this one was no different– the cheese always seems to not be… well…clean. I have actually in the past asked them to not give me the top piece because I can clearly see a piece of bacon or something on top of the cheese. This time I didn’t ask for the second piece, but I thought about it. That may sound overly picky, but it’s just something that is important to me, and if you knew me that is one of the few times you will see me be picky really. It’s the way that the bins are set up. If they want to put meat on a sandwich, they have to pass the cheese to get to the sub that they are building. Go ahead and look yourself next time you are in a subway, there’s always some kind of something on top of the cheese. All in all I would say this was a decent visit, and that this location should keep up its customer service.
