It’s a slightly below average McDonald’s close to a touristy area. It is not the cleanest dining area as described by others but the bathroom was cleaner than many I’ve been in. The staff was courteous and personable. My hashbrown could have been cooked longer but that a person preference.

I would give zero stars if I could, it’s dirty and 90% of the staff is rude as hell! Everything in the restaurant could use a good disinfecting. The crappy part is that this is the only food to get besides subway in the barhamsville area.

Horrible. Dirty, extremely slow service. The credit card swiper wouldn’t work and we had to wait ten minutes just to pay for our food. They also forgot our fries and drinks. I have never written a Unilocal review but this was so terrible and frustrating I made an account.

The lobby smells like puke. There is mold around the drink machine. The person on the register was more interested in the conversation her cursing co-​workers were having then taking my order. I have always went through the drive thru at this McDonald’s. Now it makes me wonder if the lobby is that unclean I can imagine what the kitchen is like.

Ooooh how I wish I could give 0 stars to this restaurant. The past 3 times I have been there and my order has been horribly screwed up. The Tea taste like the water you mop the floor with. The staff are okay nothing extraordinary. My breakfast biscuit was so hard it was not even edible. I had to throw it out and stop at Hardee’s on my way through. WHY is the ice cream machine ALWAYS broke. There is no way. The workers are just too lazy to make customers ice cream late at night. Just plainly one of the worst McDonald’s within 50 miles

I agree, this is the worst McDonalds. It was a real dump, but they recently renovated. Still, the service is poor, slow, uncourteous, and unthankful by an untrained staff. Stay away.

This McDonald’s is a disorganized, dumpy mess. The staff were extremely rude and making fun of us in the open. I get that you are a teenage girl and full of angst because you work at McDonald’s, but really, check the obnoxious attitude, stop the eye rolling and do your job. It took over 10 minutes for two people in our four person group to even get their food. I thought it was fast food? The famous McDonald’s fries that are usually delicious were soggy and oily. If I were the manager, I would re-​train these employees because they clearly don’t know what they are doing and have an entitled, snotty attitude. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

Staffs were friendly, courteous and the place was clean. Menu improved since last I visited A McDonald so many months ago. Awesome kid’d meal fries can be substituted with fruits.
