Amazing work, extremely fast. I’ll never go anywhere else. He even took time to teach me what to look for when I buy pants as to limit the alterations required.

I recently took a bridesmaid dress into Awada Tailors and needed a short turn around time. On top of that a few days after I took in the dress, my husband took in a pair of suit pants and needed them back in even a shorter amount of time. Mr. Awada not only got them back to us quickly, but also tailored them perfectly!
Mr. Awada is the best tailor I have come across and by far the best tailor in the Toledo area! His prices are on point too!

I went here for alterations for my prom dress as well as my sister’s 5 layer princess ball gown. My sister and I were getting sleeves on our dresses because they are or shall I say WERE strapless. Mr awada came up with a cheep way to put on sleeves using the ribbon we had for our corsages and boutinere. He trimmed the once long dress to fit me as well as my sisters for her. Mr Awada is very friendly and does his job more than excellent. When I had originally gotten my dress, some seams were not sewn down good enough. Mr awada sewed it up and made it better than the condition in when I had originally gotten the dress. I would definitely come back in the future for all of my future tailoring needs.
A good meal is made with the finest ingredients and isn’t cheap A good tailoring job is made with the finest thread and isn’t cheap as well. And Mr Awada certainly did an outstanding job with both of the dresses.

Mr. Awada is extremely nice, and extremely good at what he does. I brought a suit to a family friend for some alterations, and she completely messed up (and cut!) the back seam. He was able to fix that, and completely tailor my suit and pants on short notice and to perfection. I will definitely be back to get all the suits my dad handed down to me fitted.
Like some of the reviewers may have mentioned, the quality and skill at Awada does come at a price. It should be noted that his prices are significantly lower than what you would have to pay for the sane level of quality and experience. Compared to other tailors Awada is an excellent deal!

Fantastic, straight forward tailoring. He uses original hems and looks at all areas of the clothing to make it the best fit. Overall, he costs a bit more, but is well worth the price and the wait.
I brought a suit in that was tailored elsewhere and he made it look perfect, fixing all of their mix-​ups. I also used to go to alterations express, which ruined many of my pants. I’ll be bringing all of my future tailoring needs to Ali.

Awada Tailoring is the best in the area, hands down. Whether it’s a wedding dress, pair of jeans or a suit you won’t be disappointed. You may not get the best price in the area, but you’ll get the highest quality.
I would associate tailoring with tattoos… A good tailor is not cheap, and a cheap tailor is not good.

Truly the best tailor around! Actually when I lived in AZ I’d save my alterations until I visited family in Toledo. I currently live in Dayton area and still bring my stuff up, to him. Ali is very friendly and always remembers his customers. Every time I’m there and someone else walks in they also express their pleasure with his work and service. He does all my suits and does a quality job for a reasonable price. He also has a very unique way of alterations on jeans by keeping the original bottoms if you want to keep the «look».
Awada Tailors is a must use!
