For the downtown Toledo location: Coffee is still good, but the new location is disappointing to say the least. There is no air conditioning! I have seen workers having to go in the back and put cold cloths on their necks just to cool off & I have walked out several times and went to a different coffee shop because I couldn’t stand the heat, & that’s is just absurd to do to your staff and customers! And the parking is terrible. I now do a ‘drive-by,’ if there is no parking or a line, I take my business elsewhere. The move to this new building was a terrible idea

Mediocre coffee produced by a small local chain served in a bland, cubical-like, setting by disengaged staff that may just as well be working at a convenience store. If you like the Subway sandwich shop next door, you’ll think this is fine and you probably have all the low expectations for life growing up in Toledo has provided.

Offers expected Biggby drinks, pastries, and food.
A convenient location for theater goers, transit bus riders, many downtown residents, Imagination Station visitors, as well as court and government center workers.
