Foot Solutions

So I recently went here to try and find a solution for my plantar fasciitis. After having to wait for about 15 minutes even though there was no one else in the store we were introduced to the «doctor» that helped people get what they needed. I explained the problems I was having and he understood what was needed. I told him the size of shoe I wore and he checked to confirm I was wearing the right size. He went into the back to find an insert for my shoe to stop or atleast ease my pain, and came back out with the very wrong size. No problem it happens, so he goes back and then come out with what he thought was my size but it was clearly the woman’s shoe size. So after another trip to the back he finally gets it right, and then tells me that the inserts are non refundable but will last up to 3 years since I opted to not get the custom made one due to the $ 300 price. I ended up spending $ 100 for the insert thinking «well, it will last that long the price isn’t bad.» So it has been about 2 months since I went and big suprise the insert has pretty much been completely destroyed. The arch support is still hold up but the heel around it had all but worn away. And I know what you thinking. You’re thinking I must not have tied my shoes or been doing something wrong, but I’m telling you I’ve been doing exactly what I was told by the «doctor». He is a good salesman I’ll give him that but the product he sells is not worth what you pay. So all and all I very strongly suggest you find another place or just go to your doctor and have them refer you somewhere. In the end it will save you alot of time and money.
