I’ve ordered my food at 12:08 and got my food at 12:10. Impressively fast. Then when I got to my car I took a bit on the waffle fries and it wasn’t fresh. Then the chicken sandwich, it was full of moisture and lukewarm. This is lunch time! How the heck did they come up with a meal like that is beyond me.

Anyone who has eaten in Chick knows what to expect with the food … Drive thru. the staff are so polite & friendly you would think you were in a different state !! A lot of time spent on polite repetition of your order when all ya wanna do is get some fast food FAST! Much prefer to go next door to Pot Belly

This restaurant chain is known for its customer service but I have never seen a manager like the one here today. Scott opened the door for every guest, cleaned windows, complimented the employees, filled drinks, helped people clear their tables and on and on. He didn’t stop the entire time we were there. The food was awesome as usual and the speed of service unparalleled. Thanks for a great experience.

I’ve always took the drive-​thru for this restaurant, but today I had free time, so I went inside for the first time. Their service was excellent and with a smile, I was very satisfied with their service, and the food was not pricy and worth every penny.

It was my first time ever having Chick-​fil-​A (being from Canada). The staff were all very welcoming, unlike most of my fast food restaurant experiences. I tried the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets, the Polynesia and Chick-​fil-​A sauces were really good! I’ll definitely be back when I visit Toledo again.

Quick, very polite service with a smile. I think all the employees are robots because everyone is so nice. The #1 is always a good go-​to. If you dine in they will come to you and ask if you need a refill. I get a calendar card as a gift each year which is a free item per month. Closed on Sunday’s.

Visited a chick-​fil-​a for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised! I got the traditional #1 sandwich and the chicken was very juicy.
Was pretty busy for a Saturday night but the line was fairly fast due to the many cashiers to take orders.
It seemed like the managers were roaming the eating area to make sure people were satisfied with their food. On top of that they were giving out coupons for a free breakfast item!

We decided to be greedy and came here after Cold Stone. We only purchase entrees so we only came there for the meat.
What I like about this location is the friendly and helpful staff, I have never had a problem with any of the workers ever. I ended up getting my me and my sister a Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich which was amazing. And both totaled with eat in tax about $ 8.00. And that filled both of us up. Five stars for the helpful staff and the fact that it was close to closing time and the food was just as good. Great job chick-​fil-​a team, never change.

I refuse to turn my gay card in after eating here. Yes, there is some boycott and yes, there are some of my tribe that refuse to eat here. I elected to try it and thankfully I won’t need to break the boycott again.
The cashiers were a delight and simply the most helpful of any fast food place I’ve ever been to. The sandwich was good but was missing the tomato, which results in a lost star in my review. The other star being yanked away is for the limp-​wristed mediocre waffle fries that were served. They were sadly rubbery and barely warm. The coleslaw was very much like KFCs but more expensive.
Overall, it’s not worth all the raving folks do over a chicken sandwich. It’s good, but not that good.

By golly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such kind, helpful, and polite servers at nice restaurants, let alone at a fast food restaurant. But the folks at this Chick-​fil-​a are not messing around, seriously the best service ever. Mad props to EVERYONE. I have yet to encounter a single server at this restaurant who is not nice.
Excellent service aside, the food – well, it is chick-​fil-​a, ’nuff said.
Maybe I should feel a little conflicted since I don’t exactly see eye-​to-​eye with the restaurant’s political stance, but you’ll understand where I am coming from when you visit this chick-​fil-​a too. They smother you with kindness, delicious chicken, and that crack-​laced chick-​fil-​a sauce, who can say no to THAT?!
Synopsis: all around win.

We have to get more of these in Michigan. The drive down Toledo is a bear but worth it. This is the Franklin Mall location. They have a drive through.
It’s Chick-​fil-​A so I’m not going to go over the menu with you. Besides, I don’t play around. I get a couple of the No. 1 Chicken Sandwiches and a large order of Chicken Nuggets. Taste the freaking difference over a chicken sandwich anywhere else. Make sure you order your waffle fries well done so they come out crispy and golden brown. Sweet tea is a must. Even for breakfast, I skip the biscuit and get the sandwich bun.
Service here is lightning fast and the young people are top notch. Thank you. Drive through hums and they keep those lines moving. Thank you again.

Excellent service!!! Great food and very clean place.
We were immediately greeted as we walked in the door and then greeted with a smile as we got to the counter. While we were eating our delicious food someone came by to ask us if we wanted refills. I’ve never experienced service like that at a fast food restaurant. I was very impressed!

I came with a group of 4. I was the first to order, and my food came out before the rest of my group placed their order! Now that’s FAST food service! (Pun totally intended. =D) We sat at a booth, and there were servers coming around to refill our drinks and take away our trash. I don’t think I’ve ever has such great service at a fast food joint. And everyone was incredibly friendly and happy, from cashiers to those who walked around tables. As for the food, two thumbs up! I got the #1 combo. I stuffed my sandwich with fries and Chick-​fil-​A sauce — Scrumptious. =9
Now for the embarrassing confession: my friends and I drove 45 minutes since one raved about Chick-​fil-​A. The other 3 in the group never had Chick-​fil-​A. Would we drive 45 minutes again? Absolutely.

Quick and friendly service. The server (Tim) asked me how my day was going and treated me as more than just another order. Got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. Great food for being fast food. Later Tim came out and picked up our trash, asked if we wanted refills and wished us a good day. Not sure you could expect more from a fast food lunch

Seriously the best fast food money can buy. They ask your name and use it which personalizes every experience and the food is always piping hot and excellent. The regular chick-​fil-​a sandwich with the pickles is a tremendous value at only 2.99. The management at this location take their product and presentation very seriously and it shows. By far the most consistent experience I have ever had with fast food. The employees are very warm and friendly. Keep up the great work.

Yay! This is the closest, actual Chick-​fil-​A to Detroit. The only establishment is in the student union at Oakland University that is overpriced and prepared poorly. Glad to have come here — service was quick and we were waited on for refills. Delicious and rewarding!

The best chicken sandwich anywhere the Chick fil A sauce is amazing I think everything’s mostly organic in this place and I think the pricing is not bad at all I think these people take pride in what they do and do a good job at it fries are also good none of the food is only it’s a great place to eat at.

Good chicken but why bring politics into the lunch or dinner table? I won’t be giving them my business only because of their owners ridiculous ideals.

Whoever has the best «Southern Chicken Sandwich» please step forward. YO! McDonald’s! Not so fast! Chick-​fil-​A, come on down!
Why would I give five stars to a fast food restaurant? Because, it fulfills its purpose perfectly.
Politics aside, this is one if the best tasting chicken sandwiches out there. They use simple, but high quality, ingredients that compliment each other perfectly.
Healthy options are available.
Because we don’t always have time to sit down and eat, the two lane drive through is handy.

Confession: I am a chick-​fil-​a addict. Seriously, I could eat chick-​fil-​a for every meal forever and wouldn’t get sick of it. BEST FAST FOOD EVAR!!!
This is a pretty good Chick-​fil-​a. It is free standing which means drive-​thru – definitely a big plus for me. The sandwiches were awesome as usual. I highly recommend the good ol’ regular sandwich with a ton of chick-​fil-​a sauce (note: if you have not tried chick-​fil-​a sauce, you are SERIOUSLY missing out). My only problem with this particular location was that when I asked for plain sandwiches, they simply removed the pickles and not the butter. Every other location I’ve been to has always left off both accoutrements when I asked for plain. Still, not much for me to complain about. I LOVE CHICK-​FIL-​A
