Amazing service with my online order! Surprised my daughter at school with a tray of nuggets and cookies! Her table of pals were thrilled!

I love Chick fil a and always stop at one when on the road (we have none near us). Avoid this one
It is in a food court in the mall. The chicken strips I sent back looked like they sat there for a couple days. The second ones were a tad better but still no where near Chick fil a’s standards. My wife’s salad was not fresh either. And no «my pleasure» from the staff. Corporate needs to look into this place as it is giving them a bad reputation.

This place is great! The staff is super friendly! I’ve never, and I mean never, have eaten at a fast food establishment like this! The food is great, the atmosphere is family oriented, and again, the staff is polite, fast, and friendly! I literally drove from Michigan to eat here!

Not a fan of veiny chicken. It was like a rubber band was in there.

As always at this location, great service, great food! I had a day off of work so I decided to just go shopping and get some food. Nothing spark my taste buds but the thought of getting a delicious chicken sandwich from Chick fil A.
I ended up getting the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with a side salad that came with these red pepper crumbles and like Italian dressing. The food was so fresh and light despite the chicken patty being fried. Awesome!

Rating not because of product or employees, great food and service. Poor rating because of new owner Jason at this location treating employees unfairly and I don’t support unfair treatment

On the road out of Ann Arbor heading south, hunger struck me like lighting around Toledo… so using my iPhone, checked Unilocal to see what was around… then I realized, a friend of mine told me once that Chick-​Fil-​A was in Toledo… so I looked it up, reprogrammed the GPS, mouth watering and my foot was little heavy as I was driving over the speed limit :)
It took me a while to find the place, since it was my first time, but just you all know, it’s behind JCPenney, park under the parking deck and once you enter, it’s to your right.
Even though the retailers open at 10am, the mall is open early and chick-​fil-​a is open at 9am to serve breakfast and lunch service starts at 10:30am. So I got there, decided to do the #1 meal and extra sandwich, one I got with cheese, the other I didn’t. Now, the cashier was very soft spoken lady and I couldn’t really hear her… so when she asked me a question, I didn’t understand her… so I asked her, «Which is more popular»… to this, she gave me a very confused, what the heck are you talking about look… so I quickly recovered and said, ok, one more time… what she was asking me was, did I want it on a tray or in a bag… LOL… and I asked her, which is popular… LOL LOL LOL… she probably thought I was some crazy Korean tourist! Oh, what a nice way to start the morning (mental note: drink coffee before leaving the house in the morning!!!)
Anyways… back to the food… the biscuit was so tender and soft… it broke easy, but dam was it good… you can taste the butter and then byte into the chicken, on my… you are in chicken heaven! Then, I went for the second one, which had cheese… the cheese make the whole thing taste even better (I highly recommend you add the cheese, it’s like 30 cent extra)… Unfortunately, I didn’t get the sweet tea, but next time.
The service was nice, much better then the one location in Bowling Green, KY and the food was a lot better here. Oh, for sure, I’ll be going back to this location, even though its 45 minutes from the house…

I’ve been eating fast food since the 60’s. so I’ve seen how virtually all fast food has gone hideously down hill since then. Nearly all of it has become a disgusting, inedible mess.
Chick-​Fil-​A is an amazing exception to this, and one can’t help but admire a company which actually seems to have integrity when multiple companys keep demonstrating they can keep turning out garbage and people will continue to buy it!
This particular one is in the mall, in a food court. The places around it will have maybe 2 or 3 people at them, while Chick-​Fil-​A will have 5 people at each cash register.
The workers are always cheerful and attentive, rather than the malaise which seems to infect every other fast food place.
This is just an all around excellent company.

When I’m in the mood for chicken, Chick-​fil-​a always pops into my mind. As far as fast food goes, this is as good as it gets for me.
— The chicken nugs– wonderful little pieces of white meat chicken (yes real chicken, not that mushed up crap) lightly breaded. A little salty but that’s ok, i still love it.
— The chicken sandwiches (spicy and classic) — both are delicious
If you’ve never had Chick-​Fil-​A, your taste buds deserve a taste.
