Their hours of operation are not conducive to those of parking patrons in downtown Toledo. Typically you can only reach someone at the number they have listed between 2pm and 4pm M-​Th. Then when you do reach someone they are not concerned about losing monthly parking customers because they speak to you as if they don’t care if they get your money. Though I am not big on spending more money than I have to I am willing to pay more for respect and good customer service.
