I am updating this review because although I didn’t think this shithole of a business could get any worse, they went ahead and did just that. As my previous review stated, I ordered and paid $ 35 for an adaptor for my keyboard. I waited… and waited… and waited. I ordered the adaptor in July of 2009, and I now just got the part. That’s a grand total of 9 months wait for a simple part. Every time I called up wondering where it was they said it was on back-​order. Hmmm… back-​order for a year?
Well, anyways… the horrible staff at dickhead’s music called up this week and said it came in and we can come in and pick it up. When I arrived at dick’s crap shack they gave me the part, then told me «the price of this adaptor has gone up, and it’s gonna be an extra $ 27.» WTF!!! I was livid. I ended up paying for it because I just wanted the damn thing in my possession, but I keep wondering if this is even legal. I am baffled as to how they are even still in business with their trifecta of stupid and incompetent staff, unethical business practices, and horrible selection. I really hate them. Hate. A lot. I’ve never been so passionate about my hatred for a business before, but dickhead’s stupid music store takes the cake.
