Vito’s Pizza & Subs

I just moved to the area and find myself often picking up pizza from Vitos on Lewis. They usually give me a 15 – 20 min work and it’s usually done before that when I show early. I believe it’s Anthony that always answers the phone and is always prompt and polite. When picking up, he is typically the one who cashes me out and he’s always courteous and kind, striking up conversation. This type of employee is the type that keeps me coming back to an individual establishment.
As far as the food, it’s vitos, it’s always great.

This place is very efficient but their customer service is a joke! They charge an extra dollar if you ask to have toppings out on the side that are normally included on the pizza (in the case of specialty pizzas). That’s ridiculous not only because I’m being charged for something that my meal is supposed to include, but when we’re talking about a large pizza and I get a solo cup with 3 tomatoes squished into it that’s not even close to what would have been used had it been on the pizza! Talk about a rip off! But even with all that aside, the web site is so not user friendly that there’s literally no way to order it like that and have it show up as the extra charge, so when I wrote it in the notes section they called to tell me it would be extra and I said «but it already comes included» and the response I got was «it’s not our fault it’s corporate’s.» So are you not a corporate store? And if not then why do you care about an extra dollar charge for something that stupid?! Reliving that stupid experience, I actually changed my original rating from a 2 to a 1 because, in the end, it’s all about how you talk to people. If you know something is stupid just say it, don’t blame it on other people.

Vito’s has the best pizza of all the delivery places. Their specialty pizza are amazing. I recommend the taco or chicken/​bacon/​ranch.

Ok so I’ve never had a problem with this location. They’re always polite and quick! Both for pickup or delivery. The place is clean and the employees are nice.
The pizza? It’s always super fresh and perfectly made. They never scrimp on toppings. They also have a huge variety of tasty specialty pizzas.
