The worst customer service! The slowest drive thru! 2 cars in front of me, I order 2 drinks and am in line 8 minutes! The barista at the prep table finished my drinks and they sat there for a whole 2 minutes more! The drive thru attendant went to put the milk away, clean the counter and clean the coffee machine while she murmured something to her coworker, she knew by my face I was annoyed and still continued to do her thing. I brought it to her attention and she apologized with an attitude. I will get a hold of the owner, as I’m in the business and I will offer my services to have this location make money and increase sales! This is ridiculous! I’d rather drive to the one on 75th ave and Thomas or go to Target. Can’t wait to see the drive thru girl out and about. Maybe we can«chat» about customer service training.

This being the starbucks I live closest to, I like the service they provide inside. the drive thru is okay but there is always a long line. The drinks are made just right either way… no complaints from this loyal customer.

This was a stop my husband and I made while out for a drive. The staff was super friendly, helpful and quick to make our order. I had earned a free drink on my gold card and wasn’t sure what to get. The guy at the register took his time to describe a couple drinks that he recommended. I could tell that the staff has a passion for what they do and I appreciate that just as much as I appreciate a good Starbucks drink!

From what I’ve read from all the other reviews here on Unilocal,this particular Starbucks seems to be exactly what everyone else is saying. They are slow as hell, customer service sucks, and from my experience, they hardly get your order right. And its not like I was my first time having a bad experience with them. No, I go here often because I’m all about second chances. In my case twelfth. Not once have I left feeling good about my experience there. I’ve been so many Starbucks but not one has lead me to write a bad review about them. This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot. But if you love getting the wrong drink an hour later with shitty service then by all means come to this Starbucks.

There has been an apparent change in management in the past months. In turn lots of staff turned over. Normal, right? So getting newbies is always a challenge for both management & the regulars. I refrained from updating my previous stellar review because I didn’t think it fair other wise. However I’ve been rubbed the wrong way by the new manager on 2 occasions. First I had a total misunderstanding of the reward system. In my pathetic defense I didn’t & don’t drink coffee & was new to the rewards app. Totally me, totally my fault. So the new kid calls over the manager who proceeds to explain my bad to me. No negative attitude but also no empathy for the situation or customer service & charged me full price for the Grande regular cup of Joe vs the usual Starbucks A+ efforts to make a regular warn & fuzzy. This was in the first few weeks of the new management. Soooo maybe he’s trying to lead by example of no freebies or discounts. OK I can completely respect that. Weeks roll by into months now. The wait time is still ridiculous and so consistent at this point I will drive 4 miles away to avoid this location. Mind you this one is LESS than one mile from my home. Not joking in the least. Back to my manager issue. A few weeks ago I am placing the same freaking order for the probably 30th time in 40 days on behalf of my Mom. Nobody & I mean nobody knows my order correctly, name or has apologized for the extreme wait time in weeks. The manager is taking my order & asks me to repeat each portion of a simple cup of Joe my Mom gets. Not a latte, frap whatever. A cup of coffee with sugar. So out of frustration I roll my eyes. I reach the window & the manager says«I’m sorry you felt the need to roll your eyes while placing your order». I mean WOW, just WOW! So his 2 way camera is on one way. Duly noted. He had the audacity to point out my frustration. Awkward! Didn’t take the opportunity to check on my service that would cause said eye rolling. No service above & beyond. NOTHING. Just more frustrating«service». The only thing worse is the Starbucks in the Target in the same parking lot. But they are not trained Batista’s by any stretch of the imagination & run out of things regularly. Having said all of that… Tonight’s newest coffee debacle was a 13 minute wait(only after I started paying attention that is) with 2 cars ahead of me. One ordered 1 drink, the second car had 3 drinks. Mind you this is on a Wed evening before 9 p.m. This location has now 3 things, pathetic service, extended wait times & not my business. Such a bummer too because it’s next to my home.

I have never had a problem with getting a tea refill at any other Starbucks location. But apparently it was a very large deal to accommodate me here. The worst service, I will go out of my way to never go to this Starbucks location again.

I love Starbucks but this place has officially lost my business. I usually never write bad reviews but I wanted to let others know what to expect when paying $ 5 for a beverage. Here goes: long wait times during non-peak hours | my drink is always messy either spilling out or has coffee on the cup but I’m almost always guaranteed drops of beverage on my clothes when they hand me my drink one time it was so bad I sent it back | my caramel macchiato is never the way I ask and when it’s iced it’s never mixed properly I end up getting a cup full of cream and have to take off the lid and stir it | my croissant was burned twice and last there’s this one lady at the drive through who seems to be lost every time I visit. She acts as though she doesn’t know anything and she doesn’t greet appropriately. I’m big on good customer service having worked many years in retail a simple hello or enjoy can go a long way especially when the service is not the best.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I stop by here everyday and I love how the staff are always so friendly! They always get my drink right. I’m not a big whip cream fan but when I do want it they always put a lot of whip, which I love!

Very quick service despite it being Frappucchino Happy Hour. I like this particular Starbucks because regardless of time of day there is always somewhere to sit and plug in my computer. My only complaint today was I paid extra to have caramel syrup on the inside of the cup and they it was very scarce. If I wouldn’t have paid extra for it, I wouldn’t care but I like getting what I pay for.

The lack of CO2 problem had become more than just an annoyance, the last 4 visits they were unable to serve me lemonale. Once again this is a minor problem to most coffee enjoyers but is a huge problem for those that love the lemonale. The manager here needs to get with the program or I’m gonna consider never visiting this particular Starbucks.

Best Starbucks drive thru I’ve experienced. Though I have had the occasional drink muck ups, for the most part they get my drinks right and they don’t comment on my bedraggled appearance. There’s not much more a girl can ask for… especially when she looks like Chewbacca early in the morning.

Their coffee usually tastes burnt, but the employees are the nicest people ever so they get three stars when the coffee rates two at most. I wish I could give them more stars but really when I pay $ 6 for a latte I really need it not to taste burnt. This started happening a year ago and is now consistent. Not sure what changed but it’s to the point where I’m ordering tea and refreshers instead of coffee, and drinking the low quality coffee at my office because at least it doesn’t taste charred. I can’t stress enough how awesome the employees are. They’re so great I feel bad saying the coffee is sub-par, but it’s sub-par at EVERY location so I don’t blame the baristas, I blame the product they have to work with.

Love the drive through!!! Drive up order, pay, get drink, and on your way in less than 5 mins. WHOA!!! Green tea… =) The prices for flavored water(green tea) is kind of pricy especially, when I gup it down pretty quickly!

This Starbucks has good service and good coffee. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the prices are way to expensive for me. $ 5 for a cup of coffee eek. I rarely come to Starbucks, usually only during the holiday times. I love their pumpkin/christmas drinks. Every now and again they will have bags of coffee on sale and I’ll grab one. They do sell Starbucks coffee at Costco, but only the french roast. I’m also a fan of their verismo machine, but $ 199! Ouch! So in summary: Good service, Good coffee, Just to expensive for me.

I always get good service going through the drive-through mostly. I hardly ever have to wait since this is the less busiest location. I’ve never had a bad experience.
