Soda Pop Jerks

Soda Pop Jerks is synonymous with excellence, artistry and comfort. Jason is not only an intuitive photographer, but he truly seems to know his subject and how to present the natural character, free of blatant artifice or superficiality. Compliments are coming in from all those who know me; they are saying «that’s the man we know!» No superlative is too extreme in praising this outstanding work.

1) Headshots:
Soda Pop Jerks (SPJ) is patient, relaxed, engaging, curious, hopeful & always ready to catch the unique subtleties his subject has to offer. His stylistic, natural light approach is approachable for the artist & the those who gaze up the artist through the pictures.
I’ve taken pictures & it seemed photographer cared more about their ego than my photo… so NOT the case with SPJ.
Hands down, in over 20 years, one of my top 2 photographers thus far.
2) Retouching:
I’m not a big fan of retouching. However, I know the market. I only like to do small touch-​ups that I could naturally solve if I had known in advance or had more time (i.e. — lint on my collar, a bruised cheekbone from boxing or bumps on my chin from shaving). I don’t like retouching that makes me look flawless; if I can’t deliver that in person. SPJ is quite conscious of my needs & delivers in spades so I have the natural look (my REAL look) without making it appear as if I came out of a wax museum. The prices are budget-​conscious & the work speaks for itself.
