Best Backyard Pools

I would highly recommend Kathy Best and Best Backyard Pools. During the design and proposal process she was extremely responsive, made great suggestions, answered questions honestly and was fair in her pricing. She guided us in rerouting utilities, sprinklers etc and provided us with recommendations for contractors. Before the build started she provided us with a very details outline as to what to expect during the process and made herself available to answer any questions we had. Once the build started not only did she stay on her timeline but exceeded our expectations and finished our pool in 2 weeks. Her project manager was onsite every day and also made himself available via phone when we could not be here to answer questions. Every crew was very respectful of our property, our family and an overall pleasure to work with!

Pretty sure they don’t want a sale. My husband just called Best Backyard Pools in hopes of getting a quote and the lady he spoke to was anything but helpful. Had no interest in sending anyone out and with the poor attitude I can only imagine the level of service that would come. Needless to say — they have lost any opportunity to gain us as a customer.

Kathy was very helpful during the pool estimating phase.
