My Jeep Wrangler was broken into, both the driver and passenger doors had damage and the passenger window was smashed. The team at Caliber Collision Center on SH 249 did a great job of explaining the process, fixing the Jeep, and getting it back to me. Throughout the process they would text me once a day with updates, I never needed to call them! When the Jeep was ready to pick up, they called me.
They worked with my insurance company directly so all I had to pay was my deductible, which made the process effortless for me. The Jeep doors look great and you can’t even tell there was a problem.

I don’t write reviews often, but I really felt like these guys were worth writing one for and I know that this is an industry where a good review is really helpful for someone shopping around. On December 17^th, my brother-​in-​law clipped the tail end of my new car. As frustrating as that is on it’s own, this meant I had to take my car to get repaired right before Christmas! I had a busted taillight and my bumper was dented and scratched, both would need replacing. Seeing as how I just got this car, I was super nervous about taking it to a repair shop, especially since I just moved here and didn’t really know who to go to. His insurance agency recommended Caliber and, since I had no other recommendations, I decided to go with their advice. I am SO glad I did. It can be intimidating trying to get your car repaired, you never know if someone is going to overcharge you or mess with something that you love probably more than you should (no judgment here — we are all materialistic to a point!). Anyway, I brought my car in the next day and they were super nice and helpful, I was in and out dropping off my car, they even made it a point to help me quickly so that my ride wouldn’t have to wait (I opted to not get a rental). They ordered a new bumper and taillight right away and when the bumper came in dented, they ordered another one to be overnighted… the night before Christmas Eve! I drive a Land Rover and parts are not easy to come by and are also not cheap, but they were able to get two bumpers (one to replace the first ordered one) and have everything installed and painted in less than a week at a really reasonable price (especially considering the make of my car). They were done quicker than they had initially quoted me, which was really nice, and they were even there Christmas Eve to make sure I got my car as soon as possible. The best part was that they called and text me everyday to give me updates on the progress and let me know where they were in the process. I can’t recommend them enough, it really made the whole process way easier and left me feeling like my car was in good hands. I will definitely be sending business their way in the future.

Caliber is the best collision shop I have ever dealt with. From the initial inspection to the return of my car Caliber kept me informed every step of the process. They worked with the insurance company to resolve my claim quickly. They have alway met the delivery date promised, and sometimes even deliver early.
Caliber should be the only company you should consider for you collision and body work!

Id never heard of Caliber Collision until about a month ago…(because I clearly had no collision that needed caliber-ing…lol). After a significant fender bender (over 10k in damage tho!), my insurance co sent me to Caliber. These guys were first class from the first phone call until I picked up my car (took 3 weeks to repair). Several occassions when they went above & beyond! Highly recommended.

One word, SPECTACULAR!
They are timely, sending you regular updates on the status of your car. They are detail oriented, and they make the suckie experience of sending your car in to get fixed less frustrating. They are also flexible and work around you.
When it comes to customer service, I think they win first place! They are easy to get a hold of, and everyone that works there is super friendly.
Coming from someone that gets their car fixed quite frequently (unfortunately), I have to say this was the best experience of all.
