I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and 2 cars have gotten their food. I’m 3 cars away, witch means only 30 more minutes until I get my food. $ 10 for some chicken tenders? They better be amazing…
Food was good. But I will not be going back because of the wait.

Horrible horrible chocolate sundaes compared to other locations. I’m almost 100% sure they use herseys chocolate fudge straight out of the bottle. By the time I got home all the chocolate melted to the bottom. The dairy queens at centerville is ridiculously good compared to tomballs location. Hope they’ll show improvements soon with food and service, I’m not holding my breath though.

We used to come here a lot. Big fan of DQ salads. But lately we’ve been very disappointed, the service is going down hill. Their salads are not as furnished as they used to be. Their portion overall seems to be getting smaller.
I have lunch some times in a DQ and their salad is way better and you get 2 containers of dressing without even asking or paying extra.
I remain a DQ fan but not this location, it’s not what it used to be a couple of years ago.

Came here after about 3 months from a bad experience here.
Came back here recently hoping things have changed and I was clearly wrong. After receiving a soupy blizzard I went back up to the counter and asked for another like it.
The lady replied «because you asked for extra chocolate it comes out that way, I can make you another but it won’t be with the extra chocolate». If I ordered something the way I wanted it from the beginning why would I want it any other way? She continued in saying she wouldn’t make it the way I ordered my blizzard.
I have gotten the same thing many times before and it never has looked like soupy chocolate ice cream. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

We just came from here and I don’t think we will be back. We ordered three blizzards and a malt. They did serve us the blizzards up side down but they were melting down the sides. My malt was so melted that it was like drinking chocolate milk. I couldn’t eat it. They were really busy and behind making orders. The lady in front of me had to bring hers back cause they made the wrong thing. We have been here before and had good luck but this time was not good.

I just came from the Dairy Queen on 2920 in Tomball and I have to say I had the best burger I’ve had in a long time! When you see a picture of a juicy hamburger piled high with lettuce tomatoe onions only to open your bag and get out a smashed something that kinda resembles a burger you weren’t at this Dairy Queen. Hot burger and hot fries that were so yummy I couldn’t wait to get home to write about it!

If you like SUPER slow service, stale taco shells, dried up ground beef, eating in a 78 degree room, this is your place. My BIL said his burger was good. The taco salad was seemed good until I found myself rocking back & forth on the toilet while having painful cramps for 30 minutes in a public restroom after eating it… Just go somewhere else. Please.

SSSSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW service. I realize that every once in a while you will be behind the moron in the drive thru that has ordered the entire menu and substituted something or other on each item. These are the people that I wish I could throat punch and move on. However, the service here is consistently slow and by slow I mean methuselah slow.

Chances are pretty good that lettuce on hamburgers will be way past it’s use by date. It has happened too often to give this Dairy Queen another chance.

The service always sucks here. Today i decided to come inside since the line was long and slow as usual. After coming inside i quickly realized management was… lacking to say the last. The food taste fine, the blizzard is the only reason i still come here.
