Dryclean Express “Tomball”

I had been using Walden Cleaners on Walden Road since they opened approximately 12 years ago. Never a problem that they didn’t alleviate to my satisfaction. I recently used the same store that has been taken over by Dryclean Express Tomball and they have «lost» a very expensive linen tablecloth that I took them for cleaning. I have tried repeatedly to contact the owner and the manager and they will not return my calls. Obviously, they don’t mind losing a customer of 12 years. According to their dwindling racks, they have lost many other customers as well. Take my advice — DONOT USE THIS CLEANERS! There are many others to choose from now in our area.

I had been a customer of their satellite store on Nichols Sawmill since it opened turning in about 12 to 15 garment a week. Fast and friendly service wasn’t the problem.
June 2014 (2) missing Ralph Lauren button down long sleeve shirts @ $ 87.00 a piece plus alterations never showed up, nor did the main office every try to contact me to apologize.
August 2014 (1) $ 96.00 a pair of Banana Republic dress pants showed up missing and nothing from the main office.
Now I’m starting to get irritated. The first time I chalked it up as coincidence and the price of doing business in a small town. But I guess I’m a glutton for punishment because…
On January 12, 2015, it happens again! This time 2 Banana Republic dress pants @$ 96.00 pair come up missing. I tell the lady behind the desk this has gone too far and reminded her of the other garments I never saw again. Well it’s been well over a week and no call, so I guess this is the only way to fight back. I would stay far away from this business if you wear nice stuff as I never had a problem with any of my cheaper ones missing.
