Normally the customer service is really good… the early morning shift is awesome. There’s a new cashier, Munazza, and she has 0 customer service skills. She’s rude. No manners whatsoever. And another young girl (middle eastern, lots of makeup, dyed light brown hair) was just as rude. Just a little advice for these little girls: quit if you don’t like the job, or learn how to say good morning, thank you, and have a nice day.

Today was my 5th visit to this location. Always fast and friendly service! The entrance/​exit is inconveniently small lane and leaves a blind spot when pulling out on to spring cypress. Be careful!

The customer service is always hit or miss. More often than not it sucks. Staff seems to be lacking motivation. Maybe they’d step up their game if a Starbucks opened up down the road. Ill be praying that happens. By the way, the food sucks too. Either dry and hard or small and thrown together half-​ass.

Love their food but every time I order at the drive through my order is not right or missing something. I understand mistakes happen but I’ve never even received an apology from any of the staff every time it has happened.

Gross. For a donut place they have some awful donuts! I went the first week and got my free coffee. Ordered black and got an overly sweet coffee with creamer. But who complains about free coffee, I’ll just drink what I brought from home.
The glazed donuts I bought were extremely dry. They are definitely brought in frozen.
Warmed up frozen donuts… no thanks!

Finally! After months and months of patiently watching, waiting this location is open for business. Right off Spring Cypress, just before 249S, it’s the perfect spot for me to grab some coffee on the way into town or to the gym without going even a quarter mile out of the way.
Speaking of coffee– theirs is the sh*t. Their iced coffee is smooth, never bitter. Their egg white flats are a great healthy morning option when you know eating a donut on the way to work will put you to sleep.
The workers are all incredibly friendly and eager to please, so stop in soon.
*** on weekends, I suggest only the drive thru as the parking lot is way too small and a total clusterf**k.
