Brian at Fibrenew North Houston did an amazing job repairing and restoring the 10 year old leather seats on the Lexus IS 350 I just purchased used. The seats had been cracking and were in need of some TLC. Brian’s work restored the seats to like-​new condition, saving me time and money. He met me within the 30-​minute window he said he would arrive and stayed longer than planned to make sure the work was just right. Brian is so nice. I called him on a Thursday at 3pm to get an estimate for leather repair for damage I got on my cream couch, chaise and white leather bed. He advised me to take pictures to send to him for an estimate. Then within one breath decided to hook me up and just stop by at 4:30pm that same day to take the photos for me. Brian charges great rates and came out within two week to complete my repairs for me. He arrived during the 30 minute window that he provided for my appointment. Which I thought was great. A lot of service providers give you these large time windows and then show up outside of that time range. He did a wonderful job on my repairs and was courteous enough to constantly check in with me to make sure that I liked the work he was doing while he was doing the repairs. Thanks Brian!!! You are the best!

Disappointment and confusion are two words that can begin to start the customer service for Fibrenew. I love my sofa and hoped to get it fixed, but after my most recent experiences, I will probably need a new furniture.
I requested an online quote to fix my leather sofa — no answer
I have been trying to reach somebody several times by phone for a quote to fix my leather sofa. I got promised someone will e-​mail a quote or call back, but they never did !
Worst customer service I ever experienced.
