Glass text came out within several hours of me calling on a Saturday for an emergency repair. He did a great job, was professional and courteous. I Would recommend them. This was a single pane glass panel repair less than 12“x12″.

Made arrangements on Wednesday for a free estimate and the owner /​operator /​technician came out on time and gave an estimate for the repair to one of my upstairs windows (single pane glass), one downstairs window (single pane glass) and one downstairs window mesh screen with frame. John was nice and friendly enough and we arranged for Friday at 10:00 AM since I had other chores to do that day. He agreed and said that it would take about 1.5 hour.
On Friday at about 10:30 AM I called to see what was the holdup and the office person said that he must be hung up on another job and that she’d call him and see what the situation was. She also suggested that the arrangement was between 10 — 12 noon arrival time. I said no that was not the case since I wanted the job done before noon. Anyway long story short, he showed up about 1.5 hours late and did the job satisfactorily within 1.5 hour. I was still able to get my chores done on time so in the end no harm done.
Four stars because scheduling could be more precise.
