Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse of Tomball

What wonderful customer service! We were greeted by Kyle and he had an answer or advice for all of our questions/​concerns. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. We left Lowe’s in Tomball on 2920 completely satisfied! We are regular shoppers here but this experience was definitely one to top. Also, we usually bring our dog & they always love on him which makes everything better!

The service at this lowes is the worst I have ever seen. There is never any one available for help. Have been here for 2 hours trying to order a cabinet. This is ridiculous.

I have always been so impressed by Lowe’s but not this location! Showed up on a Sunday late afternoon and hardly anyone was working there. Except one guy frazzled in the paint department but we couldn’t find many people to help us out.
Found a few things and then got in the ONE line that was open and waited. Went over to customer service and asked the lady if she could get more cashiers. She just looked at me — no reply. I then added, the line is getting really long. She waited a few seconds and then quietly offered to let the head cashier know. Went back to join my friend in line and when we got to the check out we asked ‘you can’t call for back up cashiers?’ He said, ‘nope not many people are here working right now’. Sunday at 6pm!!!
When I first got in line I saw a cashier empty out registers (closing them). He could see the line was getting long. Closed them out instead of calling additional employees to the register and do that after servicing the customers. They do have self serve registers at this location — but all closed out.

I am a regular customer at this lowes, they are always friendly and very helpful!
Any time I have heavy items they always offer to help load my truck, guess that’s why I always use this store!
