I’ve been to this Panera at least 5 times and each experience has been wonderful, nothing like the other Unilocalers describe. This is the ONLY Panera that always gets my order right. even when I make special requests. This location has the nicest staff of any Panera I’ve been to. I had a favorite flat bread that had been taken off the menu, and after being told it could no longer be made at other Panera locations, this location said it would be no problem at all for them to make it for me. AWESOME!

I had an excellent experience today! I went through the drive-through on the way home from a morning of work. I ordered two things, one for my mom and one for myself. My order was repeated back to me clearly and I had no trouble reading the screen or communicating with the waitress. Everything was packaged well and was the right temperature, even 20 minutes after getting it. I ordered the Pick 2 combo, which I would recommend to anyone — you can get half of anything on the menu with half of anything else on the menu, all for a reasonable price. The prices do change depending on the value of what you ordered. I got the Signature Mac and Cheese and the Ham and Swiss sandwich on rye bread. The sandwich itself was unremarkable, but the bread was very good. Everything is made well and without extra sugar, which is a huge plus. The Mac and Cheese was good! They’ve changed their recipe lately to reflect their new food«morals» if you will, but it still tastes yummy, especially with their homemade baguettes. I’m very pleased to see that Panera is still paying attention to the value of their food. I had a very good sized meal for less than ten dollars. I did not purchase a drink since I was heading home, but if I had the bill still would have been right around the ten dollar mark. Certainly a good deal for hearty and wholesome food! I was very pleased with the experience overall.

Great breads, soups, and sandwiches. Fresh breads and fresh ingredients. A little pricey but worth it.

I’m not rating the restaurant but the dish I had, which was the pasta primavera. It did not taste fresh at all and had a funny taste. I’m not sure how pesto and lemon oil could taste bad. It reminded me of something you might get at a lubys.

Always forgetting items you order; bread bowl, fruit cups, chips etc. And the worst part is they still charge you for the items even when they fail to give you a receipt. Save yourself the money and time and drive the extra miles to the next Panera Bread, this is one of the worst I have had the misfortune of using.

I enjoy panera bread, their menu changes with the seasons, the food is always fresh and tasty. The service is mostly nice, friendly. Going there on a regular basis never get bored.

Good prices/service. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. I usually order the Pick 2 with ceasar salad and broccoli cheddar soup, but their pastries are great as well.

Imagine a steaming bowl of French onion soup, crunchy croutons, and freshly ground Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top. Add a ½ turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich nicely put together, fresh bread, made with care. NOPE! I received a bowl of luke warm soup, no croutons, and no cheese. I got a ½ sandwich that I’ll describe as «blobs». A blob of mayo, a blob of avocado, a blob of turkey(how in the world can you serve turkey in a blob) and I swear one of the pieces of bread had been torn by hand, maybe even chewed. I’ll close by saying«awful». Save your money and your time and go somewhere else, anywhere else! I’m now 0 – 2 with Panera in the Houston vicinity. There will be no third try… I’m out!!!

I enjoy the café mocha. At this Panera, they did not ask if I wanted in a mug and I forgot to ask. :-(the guy at the counter seemed a bit distracted and not super excited to be there but he wasn’t rude

I just left Panera on 249&2920 and, the manager on duty must think he’s on a field with his loud, obnoxious self, barking orders to the counter staff, demanding coffee, shouting for someone to answer the phone. We all know the drive thru is a disaster well, now I know inside is as well. Glad there are many other options in the area.

I used to love Panera, having dined there for several years. I moved to the Tomball area a year ago, and this location is the worst one I have been to. They are constantly short staffed, and a HELPWANTED sign has been out for over a year. I noticed Panera has greatly increased their prices while decreasing quantities, so I rarely eat there anymore. $ 12 for a sandwich, chips, and tea isn’t worth it, IMO. I love their coffee and pastries, but this location doesn’t always have the freshest coffee like other locations, so I don’t get that much either. If you like Panera, I suggest you check out other locations in Houston, which are a lot better.

This place has a great atmosphere. Casual chic is how I would describe it. To most people they would just think it is a bakery, but it’s much more. They have sandwiches, soups and delicious salads, as well as yummy pastries. Sometimes I do stop by for a loaf of the sour dough bread to take home. And another good thing is the cinnamon crunch bagel — it is like a sweet roll and is awesome heated up. During the fall, try the squash ravioli. It is slightly sweet and served with some kind of nuts on top, maybe pumpkin seeds.

Paneras can be totally hit or miss, but this location is often. I do several large catering orders a week from Panera out of various locations in the HOU area. Results can be hit or miss but every order here has been perfect; salads are fresh, and I’ve never not had a nice warm baguette from this location.

Excellent service and food! Had one of the new broth bowls with noodles which was delish’! Food is what I’ve always expected from Panera good quality done right. What makes this restaurant stand out is the level of customer service their employees and manager perform. Checking on our experience and making sure we didn’t have to wait for anything. I get to eat at fancy restaurants where service is expected, the staff at this restaurant meet the same standards. Keep it up! Did I mention that I was nice and quiet too?!

Great location. I really love and appreciate the staff bringing my order to my table. When I’m set up w/my work, it’s difficult to get up and walk away from my computer. Thank you for this extra step. I’ll be here again. Also, Chicken Cobb Salad is a plus for my Paleo lifestyle. They accommodate me with offering olive oil in place of dressing.

I love their salads. The thia is great. I also love the hybiscus tea. The drive thru is very convenient so I tend to go to this location if I’m between this one and the spring cypress one. Overall, a nice place to have a healthy lunch. Oh, and I appreciate the calorie counts on the menu.

Great place to grab lunch in Tomball. Why there are no reviews yet & hey have been open for a while, I have no idea. This is a chain, we know that, they serve over-price lettuce, we know that too. But if you want a consistent food, punctual tonight, good seating and only the occasional line to wait to order, this is your place. My go-to dish is the Chicken Avocado salad. I sub the dressing for balsamic & order the whole one. I’ve tried pinching and going for the cheaper smaller salad but it isn’t filling & leaves me wanting more & I can’t spend the afternoon at work wanting to eat paper to curb my appetite till supper. Also, the M&M chocolate chip cookies are terrible. Don’t waste your time… I’ll gladly eat all of them for you!

I LOVE Panera Bread! NOT this locations. I have been here multiple times. They are soo slow. I wait at least 10 minute to order bc ppl are slower to order, deciding and what not, and then they repeat everything they want to the customer in a very slow manner. It is ridiculous. I decided to go to the drive thru on my last visit bc I wasnt feeling good. Got you pick two — soup and salad. Got all the way back to my work, got a tiny salad and no soup for $ 7 bucks. I decided to go back and get my soup. I had to go INSIDE waited the longest 10 minute wait to tell THEMTHEY forgot my soup and I got NO receipt in the drive thru. Told the manager, she said oh sorry and I will get your items. Waited for my items another 5 minutes. Another manager came up asking if I needed anything. YES my soup. Really? The only thing I wanted from the beginning. Then I waited another 5 minutes. At this point my lunch break was over. This happens all the time here and this was the worse visit. I hope they can get it together bc I know I am not the only one that loves Panera food, but wont put up with bad service. The one on Louetta in Spring and the 2 Woodlands location have much better service than this location.
