I decided to do a review in lieu of a complaint(as there are 301 complaints already filed) — I really wished we would have don’t research on this company prior. My wife and I bought a duel adjustable Serta(king) bed. They had an ad with a free TV(spend 2000.00 +) on the back side free pillows, frame, setup, etc… we pick the bed was told you have a choice of one item(we spent 2700.00) we picked the pillows that were there. Bed delivered and wrong pillows(the delivery guy commented that they were the cheap pillows) told him not what is on our receipt *showed him and he said it was changed. He showed me the pillows in his truck. I called the sales guy — he told me they don’t carry the other anymore — I didn’t accept the pillows. I also noted that one of the mattress was a good inch shorter in height then the other. was told it was because the other was sitting on it. So lets start with the pillows after calling customer service a million times and getting through 3 times each time saying that my receipt said this when I finally said I have my receipt and it clearly states this! then it was we don’t carry that pillow anymore etc… I said fine then give me the TV «no sir can’t do that» sure you can I have the ad in my hand, if you are not giving me the pillows that we selected then the TV(note I have been calling the salesman about this a hundred times as well — I have ask to speak to a manager a million times and would never give me one(doubt if there is anyone in charge). Then finally after telling me someone would and never did I got customer service again and all of a sudden they found the pillows. We got the pillows but hate the mattress(one side which was hard as a rock and noticeable different then the other). Go to the store to have someone check it out. was told the mattress company would have to come out but they will never find fault in the mattress and it would take weeks to get someone out there. my wife said lets just get a different mattress. we did another 1300.00 dollars — stated wanted the mattress checked and we should have to pay for the replacement fee but was plus he gave us a mattress pad(well I thought). I wasn’t here when they delivered(yes a 12 hour window) they set up no pad — I come back call and I kidd you not — the salesman said«doesn’t matter what’s on your receipt — the manager decided not to give it to you» I ask for his number would not give, I called customer service a hundred times never got anyone or anyone to call me back. we spent 4000.00 at this place and it is the worse ever — I would be surprise if they stay in business much longer.
