Since my last review: We decided at 9:30PM to re– assemble our old bed so that we would have somewhere to sleep and agreed that we would return to the store where we purchased our bed set to get a refund. Just before falling asleep at 10:15PM I received a call from the driver stating that he was in the area. We pushed our frustrations aside and accepted the delivery. Our new bed was promised within a 3 hour window(6−9pm) We received our bed at 10:45pm No explanation from driver or apology. After writing the review on Unilocal, customer service responded very quickly via comment on my review, email and phone calls. However, I am not confident this will resolve any issue. So with that being said… If you decide to have your new bed delivered expect a 5 – 6 hour delivery window.
